Jongin's POV

"Oh, but that one is also good because it has all of those interactive pieces and the sounds. You'd just need to be careful, of course, because of how open it is. Jaeyun almost had a few accidents when he was a baby. I'll tell you one thing no one told me, turn your back for even half a second, and BOOM! All hell breaks loose."

Even when I was younger, I could remember Jaejoong always telling dramatic versions of stories, so the look of shock on Kyungsoo's face was appropriate but still made me chuckle.

"Babe, come on, don't scare him like that," Yunho said from behind me, and when I turned around, his face was slightly contorted in embarrassment. His eyes shifted to Kyungsoo. "Please don't listen him too much. I don't know if you've noticed, but he tends to be a little dramatic." Kyungsoo tried to squeeze out a chuckle, but I could tell Jaejoong's words had already started to sink in.

"I'm not trying to scare him! I'm just being honest!" Jaejoong sent a glare Yunho's way before looking back at Kyungsoo. "Don't let the grey hairs fool you. I remember everything from the first time I was pregnant, including all of the shitty advice that didn't help me. Luckily for the world, Yunho and I are good on our feet, but I want you two to be more prepared than we were, that's all. I said the same thing to your parents once upon a time and look how well you turned out." He was looking at me now, finger pointed at me in such a way that could have convinced anyone looking in that he was scolding me.

Yunho just sighed, signaling his earlier surrender with an eye roll and a mouthed "sorry."

"We appreciate all of your guys' help, really," I said with a small laugh, trying to lighten the mood again. Ever since we told them about the pregnancy, they had been visiting us more often, even if it was just for a few hours or to bring food or vitamins for Kyungsoo. Recently, they had been helping us with preparations for the baby's arrival, mainly picking out the remaining furniture and other items like bibs and bottles, even the best baby snacks and toys.

"Oh, don't talk like that." Jaejoong shook both his hands and head at me. "Helping was a no-brainer. It's what your mom and dad would have wanted, and I can't imagine ever missing out on this little bundle of joy." He gently touched Kyungsoo's bump again, but only briefly this time. "Have you two decided on any names yet?"

"We both have lists, but nothing officially picked out yet," Kyungsoo answered after glancing at me.

"If you need anymore, just ask. I've got a whole list of names I never got to use," Jaejoong replied, to which Kyungsoo laughed and nodded.

"You say that as if eight wasn't enough," Yunho chimed in, now standing next to me after washing the last of the lunch dishes. "Is there something you'd like to tell me?"

Jaejoong scowled at him and blinked slowly a few times. "Yeah, there is. Shut up," he finally said, causing us all to laugh at their interaction.

"Okay, okay, yeah, and then this should slide in here like this." Sehun softly grunted as he pushed the first drawer in, and my heart skipped a beat in relief. He smiled, laughed, and clapped. "How many werewolves does it take to put together a baby dresser?"

"Two apparently," I replied, getting another chuckle from him before I reached behind us to grab the other three drawers. We finished sliding them all in and then both sat back on the floor, finally able to breathe now that the last piece of furniture for the nursery was put together. I looked around the room after taking a deep breath, and besides the trash and empty boxes we had to pick up, I was pretty pleased with how it all turned out.
