Wilhelm is addressing the UN, to convince them to approve a treaty banning space lasers, He begins. "Dear Citizens of the world, I have the blood of 40,000 innocent civilians on my hands. We must make sure a horrid crime like this never happens again, To do this we must ban Space lasers to prevent atrocities like this from Ever happening again! Never Again!" Mass applause breaks out even the Indian delegation is clapping. The treaty is approved and Space lasers are banned.
Epilogue-
Wilhelm becomes president of Germany a year later, establishing the Bernadotte Peace Prize. Eventually his son, Erik becomes Chancellor and leads the country well.
