Chapter nine.

John and marlena awoke the next morning.

The look in marlena's eyes that she gave john was one that always made his heart skip a beat.

She looked at him with so much love in her eyes

Good morning, beautiful, Did you sleep well?.

John asked marlena.

The nod of marlena's head was followed by a small stretch of her body, effectively pulling the sheet down her breasts.

Marlena scooted her body closer
to john and she kissed him on the lips.

John didn't waste any time wrapping his left arm around marlena back to pull her more firmly against him.

The kiss was deep and sensual,  However, as much as john wanted to make love to marlena again, they only had an hour to get herto her doctor's appointment.

John pulled his lips from hers.

Your doctor's appointment, marlena.

John told her.

Marlena  really didn't care about her appointment, she just wanted to get laid again.

Let's reschedule it and stay here all day.

Marlena said to john.

John chuckled and he says.

As appealing as that sounds, let's not do that, Let's get those stitches removed and see how your ribs are doing.

The pouty face marlena gave
john made him chuckle once more.

Come on baby, If your ribs look good, and the doctor says it's okay, we can try some new positions.

John said as he  wiggled his eyebrows at marlena.

Damn him, Damn John Black,
He always knew exactly what to say to get her to cave.

Fine, but only because I really want you to bend me over.

Marlena said to him.

Just the thought of taking marlena from behind, with a perfect view of her ass shaking with each thrust of john's hips, had a groan escaping his mouth.

John had to take a few deep breaths before getting out of bed.

"Let's hurry up and get ready.

John said to marlena.

The sound of marlena's laugh filled the hotel room.

At the hospital.

The doctor wants to run an X-ray on marlena to check on her lung and ribs

Marlena and john are in a exam
room waiting for the doctor to talk to them.

The doctor enter the room and he
hang up the X-rays on the light screen.

So everything looks great,
Actually, everything looks better than great, you've healed excellently.

The doctor told marlena as he pointed to the bottom rib on her left side.

This one was the worst, it was the one that punctured your lung and spleen.

I can still see a slight crack but give it another week, and it will look like the rest.

Which, in my opinion, look pretty much healed.

Now that doesn't mean you're going back to work yet, you need to take your full six weeks, marlena, your body still needs rest to finish healing.
