The moment the tour ended, I got my schedule and school t-shirts from the main building and proceeded to trek towards our godforsaken Dorm Room. It was already sun down and we were instructed to clean our dorms and get some rest early. It turns out that school starts tommorow immediately.

Oh boy! I cant wait for them to make my life a living hell!

Zion doesn't have to worry about the whole trekking thing. The dude's a living Flash. He even made me bet that whoever gets there first, gets the bottom bunk. (There are cobwebs on the ceiling and neither of us want to get near the spiders.) But of course I kept forgetting that this isnt a normal school. Now I'm pretty sure you all know who wins.

While I started to climb the ungodly stairs all the way to the top, I proceeded to go through my schedule.

I realize that I have Mage History Class at period 1, which means I'd probably die of boredom before I could make it to the other classes. (Not saying that its is a bad thing. Because its actually not.)

For period 2, I have "Ability Mastery Class For Incompetent Under trainees". Or AMCIU for short.. I guess I don't need to explain what we're gonna do in that class. The title already gives it away.

In period 3, I have Weapon handling/ Self-Defense class. I don't know why this is necessary. I mean if everyone here had super awesome powers why would they need to Learn how to handle weapons?

Then guess what? I have training the rest of the day.. Our Classes end in 4 o clock. Which means we have 2 hours per class.

Great. Just Great.

I sighed hopelessly while taking a few more steps.

What do we need military-based training for?

I thought this was a Magic School! Not a Military Dystopia!

Just before I folded the paper, I noticed something written on bottom part of. It was the school slogan.

"Here at Clarion's we believe that a sound body is a sound mind. Knowledge and Versatility is the key to success."

Well I guess that explains it all.. Learning how to use a weapon could come in handy..

I folded the schedule and shoved it in my pocket then continued to climb upstairs.

By the time I reached the top, My legs already felt numb and I was on the verge of collapsing. But I managed to keep my balance..Well at least until I twisted the door knob and threw my bag on the floor then to collapsed next to it.

"Oh hey Finn. What took you so long?"

Zion greeted, after taking a few sips from the grape soda he was drinking while he sat down on the bottom bunk.

Panting, I darted my eyes across the whole room which looked slightly less hideous looking than before, then found a whole pack of soda resting under the bed. On the night stand, rested a basket full of apples

"You cleaned all this?"

I asked, swallowing lungfulls of air. And he nodded his head.

"Well yeah. I got bored pretty quick.. Man, you moved slower than molasses."

I gritted my teeth and tried to prevent myself from pushing him down the huge open window which was behind him. If I get any angrier, I would drain more energy. And that's the last thing I want right now.

"Where did you get all the food?"

I asked, changing the subject.

"I have my ways."
