Patrick's POV
I woke up to my phone ringing. I looked around and answered it, "Hello."

"Patrick, you going to get Willow?" It was Pete.

"Yeah, why?"

"Andy, Joe, and I were going to fix some parts of the album."

I sighed, "Can we do it tomorrow? I really want to be there for that but my girlfriend is getting out of the hospital."

"Yeah, that makes sense anyways. Ok talk to you later."

"Bye."

I ended call and checked the time. Nine am, slept for six hours, oh well.

I got up and got undressed. I got in the shower and hummed some songs.

I got out and dried off. I put on clothes and brushed my hair.

I put on my hat and walked out to my car. I started the engine and drove to the hospital.

When I got there, I walked straight to Willow's room.

I opened the door and Willow was still asleep.

I sat on the chair and played games on my phone.

I heard a faint yawn and looked up.

Willow fluttered her eyes opened and I smiled, "Morning."

She smiled, "Morning."

She sat up and then leaned back on her hand and grabbed her side. I got up, "You ok?"

She nodded and sighed, "Yeah, just got up too fast for my wound."

I nodded and helped her sit up.

She smiled, "I'm hungry." I giggled, "After your tests we can get you some food."

She smiled and the doctor came in, "Morning you two. How are we feeling today?"

She smiled, "Better." I smiled, "Tired." The doctor chuckled, "Well, you stayed here for a good seven hours so who can blame you." I chuckled and he smiled, "Ready for your tests?"

She nodded and the nurses came in and did the tests. When they finished, the doctor smiled, "Well, your healthy. You maybe tired for the next few days and your side may hurt. The bill will have prescriptions for your side. Your ready to go."

They unhooked her from the machines and gave her the clothes she had and changed. We left the room and she signed some papers at the front desk.

They handed me the prescription papers. These are all over the counter. Why would he give her prescriptions for over the counter stuff?

When she finished signing stuff, we walked out to the car.

Willow's POV
So glad to be out of that prison and with Patrick. I'm glad that surgery was done. I don't have pain now and this means it won't reoccur like that again.

If it does reoccur then it isn't Diverticulitis. I got in the car and smiled, "Can we stop at a IHOP or something?"

Patrick smiled, "Of course."

He started the engine and started driving.

I sighed, "Thank you, for everything. Loving me, helping me, being there for me. Just, everything."

He smiled, and it wasn't just a smile it was a genuine smile, "You're welcome".

We pulled up in front of the IHOP. It wasn't that busy, when we got inside we were immediately seated.

We browsed the menus and ordered. When the food came I just started eating like a mad man.

Patrick raised an eyebrow, "Eat much?" I smiled, "I'm really hungry."

He giggled, "Clearly."

We laughed and then I finished in a matter of minutes. Patrick was eating like a normal person so he took a few more minutes.

I paid for the bill, Patrick didn't want me too, but I did because he paid for my hospital bill.

We left and the car ride was silent. It was comfortable silence though.

When we got home, I felt Patrick's arms wrap around my waist and he kissed the side of my head.

I giggled and turned around, I pressed my lips against his and we kissed passionately.

When we pulled out of the kiss he smiled, "I'm glad your home. I was so worried."

I smiled, "I will always be there for you, no matter what. Even in death."

He sighed, "I know, but if I lost your touch, your smile, you. I think I would die from a broken heart or I would commit."

Before he could say anything else, I pressed my finger against his lips, "Don't say that, the broken heart thing is fine but committing. No, you have so much to live for. Even with out me. Please, don't think about death as an option."

He nodded and hugged me, "I love you, Willow."

I smiled, "I love you too, Patrick."

He moved his arms up and I felt pain. I pulled away and grabbed my side.

He got a worried look across his face, "Oh sorry babe, I didn't mean too. Are you ok?"

I nodded, "Yeah, you just touched my side." I gave him a reassuring smile. It didn't really work.

He gave me my pain killers and I took them. I hate taking pills, ever since what happened.

He sat beside me and made sure not to touch my side.

Then we just had a relaxing lazy day.
