Romans POV

I entered the waiting room of the donation center. It was a mix of regular blood donations and vampire donations. Well I was pretty nervous. I slowly dragged myself up to the counter.

"Do you have an appointment or just walk in"

"Umm..walk in" i fidgeted

"Ok regular or vamp?" She looked at her watch

"V...vampire" i looked around nervously.

"Relax hun" the woman smiled. "Just go through the door on the right to the vamp waiting room and they will help you."

"Alright" i trudged to the door

Hannahs POV

I sat in my office quietly reading over a bunch of paperwork for vampires who wanted to be hosted in the clinic. Almost all humans who came to us seemed to have a lot of money, so very few of them asked for money in return for their services. Most humans who came were just curious.

It kind of sucked at the same time. A lot of these people had average blood types. They didn't taste as well as a rare blood type. At least, thats what I've been told.

Of course we always had somebody there willing to donate. We were pretty popular in this small town and had many curious and many disbelievers come. There were 3 main vampires who took donations here. They were Jaimee, Caitlyn, and Steve. Caitlyn wasn't here today so we had an empty room for 1 vampire.

In this specific clinic, we are all like family. We remember our reoccurring visitors. They were like brothers and sisters and were well taken care of.

Surprisingly, today was a pretty empty day. For our guests who visited often, our 3 main vampires were also doctors. They had their degrees and stayed here a lot during the night to help people. It was really quite nice

Romans POV

I sat there feeling awkward as i filled out the paperwork. It was quiet and no one was in there besides the woman working at the counter.

Ok lets see. Name? Roman. Birth year? 2101. Address? Other family? Emergency contacts? All blank for now. Allergies? None that i know of. I guess Im done.

I walked back up to the counter and handed the paper back to the woman.

"Thankyou" she smiled. "You will be called into the office in a minute so please wait out here."

"Ok" i sighed and sat back down. Could this day go any slower?

Ashleys POV

Could this day go any slower? No one seemed to return calls. No one I knew was willing to donate today. It just isn't a good day today i guess.

I turned my phone on and played one of my games. What else should i do?

Yay! Won first level

Yay! Won second level

Yay.... Ok im bored again. Why cant my job be more interesting? Why cant i be hunting bad guys and fighting crime. That would be more fun.

My door clicked open "a new person is here to donate" my assistant warned me.

"Thankyou" i smiled "please send him in"

"Alright" she snuck off.

Romans POV

"Roman?" I looked up to see someone standing at a door to the side. "Come with me please" she smiled.

I stood and followed her. Through the door. Down a hallway. Down another hallway. Finally into an office.

"Sit" i younger woman smiled at me. "You must be roman?"

"I am" i watched her.

"Going over your paperwork, you left family and address blank?"

"My family is dead, and im about to be evicted" i looked down embarrassed.

"Alright" I looked him up and down. Kinda cute. "Ill have them pay you extra. When you are done, come back to my office and I'll see if I can help you any"
