Hannahs POV

Me and Roman spent most of the day, or night in our case, keeping company to the poor man. My father had him locked in a jail cell down in the basement to protect us in case he lost control.Through this time, Roman decided he would ask all about being royalty and such.

"So your a princess then?" He asked sounding excited

"Sorta" i looked up at him

"So you will be the next queen?"

"I might."

"How come you might? How come it isnt positive? Your the king and queens daughter"

"But im human"

"So?" He looked so confused

"Only a vampire can be a vampire king or queen"

"Oh...why dont you become one then?"

"I dunno. Just not ready i guess" i laughed softly.

"Nothing wrong with that" he smiled "so whats it like? Being royalty and all?"

"It can be entertaining but gets pretty boring. Always hear people complaining and always too much work"

"Oh."

"Yup" i looked at the man who was sitting against the wall "so whats your name?" I tried starting and conversation

"Anthony" he looked up at me with red eyes, on the brink of control.

"So do you remember anything"

"I already fucking told you! I have no fucking idea! I was at home, and then I woke up starving because you shits wont let me eat! You did something to me! Food doesn't even sound good but im starving!"

"Because your a vampire" i sighed

"Yeah ok! And your a shit face covered bitch! Oops! At least that isn't a lie!"

"Ok" i sighed.

"Hey!" I heard the door slam and looked up to see my mother "how are you my awesome beautiful child and her hot friend?" She laughed softly

"Pretty good" i smiled and blushed a little. She was referring to Roman of course.

Romans POV

I watched hannahs mom come in and say something about a hot friend? Me? Probably not.

I sighed as she sat with us and looked to the man glaring at us.

"Hmmm" i heard ashley say "i wonder?" She stood up and grabbed something, then sat next to me, facing the bars of the cruel man.

"Wh..what are you doing?" I oddly feared her despite her sweet demeanor. Was i crazy or was there something behind that niceness.

"Relax" she smiled

"Your not biting me again are you?" Please not, at least not with hannah there....

"Nope" she laughed soft "though i may sneak some tonight. Just face the man and give me your arm. Hold it behind your back."

"Fine" i sighed and turned around. I felt her cool hand grip my wrist and pull it behind my back easily. "Ow!" I heard myself shout. "What was that?"

She let go of my arm and i looked at my wrist. A cut lined up my arm. It wasn't deep but it did bleed a little

The man sniffed the air hard and all hell seemed to break out. He suddenly through himself against the walls and tried reaching for me.

"Give me your fucking arm you fucking shit!" He yelled without any control. "I will fucking rip your damned worthless piece of shit head off!"

I heard ashley giggle "hey now kiddo, no need to yell at the boy"

"Shut up old hag and give me him!"

"Thats no way to treat a lady. Ask nicely" hannah joined in laughing as well.

"Shut it little tit bitch!"

"Shut up!" I growled challenging "at least she isn't fake!"

I watched ashley stood up and the next thing i knew, me, her, and hannah were all in the kitchen. I took a deep breath and tried to calm down. That actually was pretty amusing.

"You should cover that" jake said to me as he stared at my arm.

"Sorry" i tried covering it with my hand.

"No worries" he smirked "jeez im starving"
