Backstory and bio

Backstory- Adwen was born a elf blood human in the Tevinter Imperium, his father was a grey warden and his mother was a dalish elf who was exiled from her clan for having him. She would die when he was young and she would leave him her necklace and dagger to remember her by, leaving his father to raise him in Tevinter. However, due to being a grey warden his father was always away and unable to take care of him, Adwen would be left in the care of a Tevinter noblewomen named Enrichetta Ammosine who was a friend of his father. During his time with Enrichetta, he would befriend and often play with her son Rezaren and her two twin elf slaves Miriam and Neb. One day when his father was visiting him, he witnessed Enrichetta abuse Miriam and Neb, Adwen decided to intervene. Which lead to Enrichetta to notice him wearing his mother's necklace, recognizing the necklace was elven, Enrichetta hit Adwen and called him a filthy half breed that he should have been a slave and threatened to turn him into one. Adwen's father would walk in on them when Enrichetta said those words, which disgusted him causing him to take away his son from Enrichetta's care. From that point on Adwen's father took care of him, but it was not an easy life as his father's duty as a grey warden, Adwen's father would decide to pursue his duties outside of Tevinter due to fearing his son's heritage being discovered in Tevinter. Things would take a turn for the worse when, Adwen was 11 his father left him at Redcliffe under the care of arl eamon another friend of his, before going on a expedition to the deep roads with some fellow grey wardens. A week after his Adwen's father left him at Redcliffe, the grey warden Duncan arrived an told him that his father was killed by a cave in while in the deep roads. Duncan gave Adwen his father's sword and some other items belonging to Adwen's father before leaving, after receiving the bad news Adwen would be under the care of arl eamon and would befriend king Marric's bastard son Alistair. Years later he would follow Alistair into joining the templars, but soon after Alistair was recruited by Duncan into the grey wardens, Duncan also attempted to recruit Adwen but he refused due to his father's death dissuading him. Adwen would become a Templar on the eve of the fifth blight , Adwen was assigned to guard the chantry in Denerim. He would be there for the battle of Denerim protecting the chantry which is where our story begins.
