Chapter Fifteen

| Grace Cameron POV|

I woke up feeling my mom's arms still wrapped around me.

After we talked she wouldn't let me be alone...

Even though I wanted to be.

I grabbed my phone from next to me and opened Instagram to see Nick Nelson had followed me back.

I smiled. I wonder how nicks doing.

I still don't know the full story of how everyone exactly found out about what Ben did but I'm sure Grant or Josh will tell me at some point.

I tapped on Nicks instagram. I smiled when I seen a picture of him and his dog Nellie.

I scrolled down and got out of bed once I seen pictures of nick with some boy with dark curly hair. 

I scrolled down to read the caption it said,

Boyfriends ❤️ ( I'm bi, actually)

IM SUCH AN IDIOT!

My heart sunk

I tossed my phone back on my bed and walked into my bathroom and closed the door...

* Flashback *

" possibly would you want to come study over at my place with me?" I asked Nick.

He looked at me and smiled.

" Grace Camron are you trying to flirt with me?" He mocked me from our earlier conversation.

I rolled my eyes and smirked.

" I'm not sure I want you coming over anymore." I told him playfully.

" we'll here's my number text me when you change your mind." Nick smiled and handed me a piece of paper.

* End Flashback *

I looked at myself in the mirror.

Maybe I just thought he liked me.. I thought to myself.

If I would've known he had a boyfriend I wouldn't have flirted with him or spent as much time thinking about it.

Okay but why wouldn't he bring it up??

I'm so confused but maybe it's me who's confusing.

I sighed and slid down my wall onto the ground.

After about 5 minutes of sitting there someone knocked on the door.

" yeah?" I asked. " are you okay sweetie?" My mom asked me through the door.

I let out a sigh. " yeah mom I'm fine.. I'm probably just going to take a shower." I mumbled.

" oh okay well come upstairs when you're done. I was thinking about going shopping later, just you and me.." she said softly.

I smiled. " that sounds nice mom.. I'll let you know when I'm done." I told her she said okay and walked away.

Today's Wednesday the rugby games tonight and so is Harry Greens party...

I took a shower and got ready before I headed upstairs.

When I was walking down the hall I could hear my dad yelling at my brothers.

I turned the corner, " what's going on?" I asked looking at my dad.

When he saw me he calmed down. " it's nothing G just you're brothers an idiot." Dad said.

" when is he not?" I smiled knowing he was referring to Josh. He laughed.

" thanks Grace." Josh said sarcastically and I told him "you're welcome".

" but seriously whats wrong?" I turned asking Josh.

He looked at me then looked down in his lap.

" what'd you do?" I asked Josh.

" I can't play in the rugby game tonight.." he spoke.

" WHAT?!" I yelled.

" why?? You're the best player the boys rugby team has!" I told I'm in disbelief.

I crossed my arms. " okay really now you have to tell me what you did because you've never-" Josh cut me off.

" I punched Ben Hope.." he spoke still not looking at me.

" what ... why?!" I asked getting angry.

Josh laughed. " you know why Grace! And I wasn't the only one either!" He yelled.

" dude calm down." Grant told Josh.

" no! I won't! and I'm still pissed that Nick Nelson got to him before I did!" His words made me freeze.

" what?... what are you talking about Nick Nelson got to him first?" I asked softly.

" what have you been sneaking around with him to?!" Josh asked me furiously. " what Josh he's ..... just a friend and he has a boyfriend!" I yelled back.

" yeah well I don't believe you." He mumbled.

" I didn't want anyone to know for a reason... and I'm not sure who said something about it first... but thank you." I said sarcastically.

" Grace wait." Grant said trying to follow me.

" don't follow me who knows you may just catch me sneaking around with someone guy because that's just something I do." I said upset.

Grant just stood there and I could hear him yelling at Josh.

I wiped the tears from my eyes and went to tell my mom I was ready.

" I'm ready.." I told her. She grabbed her bag and we went to the car.

Why the fuck would Nick Nelson throw punches for me?? Maybe it wasn't for me..

I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and opened Instagram and went to nicks page.

I went to his tag list on the post id seen

I clicked on his instagram and seen he hadn't posted anything in the last couple of months.

I dropped my phone in my lap and I just knew I'd have to talk to Nick about everything sooner than later.
