Yeosang and Mingi walked along the narrow sidewalk leading away from the university.

"So how do you know Jongho?" Mingi wanted to know for the third time. Yeosang shrugged his shoulders.
"I met him last week when the Freshman met at the bar." Mingi raised an eyebrow.

The warm fall wind blew towards him and Yeosang couldn't help but close his eyes for a moment. Mingi brought him back to reality. "Why was Jongho there?" They turned a corner into the next street. "I don't know honestly."

Their conversation was interrupted by a phone ringing and Mingi pulled his phone out of his pocket. "What's up?" he asked and they both stopped. A short time later, he looked at Yeosang. "Is it okay if Wooyoung comes with us?" he asked and Yeosang nodded happily.

Less than half an hour later, the three of them were sitting in a café not far from the university. They sat down at a round table in the corner by a large window. Yeosang sat down directly opposite of the window so that he could look outside. Wooyoung sat down next to him with a groan and Mingi joined them. Yeosang sank into his usual daydreaming until someone nudged him. Mingi looked at him questioningly. "What do you want to order?"

Yeosang didn't have to think long after looking at the menu Mingi held out to him. "An orange juice and a chocolate cupcake," he grinned. Mingi nodded in understanding. "Wooyoung are you going to order?" he turned to his friend. "Why me?" Wooyoung whined, but got up in the same second and made his way to the counter. Mingi and Yeosang looked after him with a grin and then returned to their conversation.

Wooyoung looked around and didn't see an employee anywhere. Sighing, he spotted a small bell on the counter and pressed it without thinking. The café was pretty quiet and apart from a few customers, there was no one here. Wooyoung looked around thoughtfully and observed the various pictures hanging on the white walls that matched the colors of the tables.

"Sorry, I'm already here," he suddenly heard a voice and immediately looked back at the counter. A man appeared in front of him and Wooyoung was at loss for words. The man was wearing a beanie that swallowed up all his hair. This only enhanced his perfect features and together with the black shirt sticking out from under his apron, Wooyoung almost couldn't stop staring at him. The man smiled kindly and slight dimples appeared on his cheeks. Wooyoung swallowed nervously.

"So what do you want to order?" the man asked, looking at Wooyoung attentively. Wooyoung took a deep breath and then pulled himself together to say his order.

"All right, you can pay by card at the end. I'll let you know when everything is ready," the man said and then turned to the coffee machine on the left side.

With his pulse still dangerously high, Wooyoung turned around and walked to the table where Yeosang and Mingi were sitting, as if perplexed.

"Oh my fucking god," he groaned as he sat back down. Both Mingi and Yeosang looked irritated in his direction. "See that guy behind the counter?" Wooyoung said, pointing in his direction. Mingi and Yeosang turned around and nodded. Wooyoung lowered his hands into his hair.

"My absolute dream guy." Wooyoung declared, stunned, and Mingi immediately slapped his own forehead. Then he looked at Wooyoung ironically. "Like that guy at the supermarket last week?" he asked, smiling at the thought of what a fuss Wooyoung had made. Wooyoung looked up again and shook his head. "No, it's different. He's sooo pretty"
Mingi had to roll his eyes while Yeosang just smiled.

"Have you ever been togehter with someone before?" Yeosang blurted out, glancing nervously back and forth between the two of them. Wooyoung suddenly laughed and Yeosang flinched. Mingi immediately put his hand over Wooyoung's mouth as the other guests were already looking at them. When Wooyoung had calmed down, Mingi let go of him.

"Do we look like it?" Wooyoung asked. "Yes." Yeosang answered serious and Wooyoung laughed again. "Well, I'd be lucky if anyone liked me at all, but somehow no one is interested in me," he said, pouting. "I wonder why," Mingi muttered and Wooyoung glared at him.

Then Wooyoung pointed at Mingi. "Yes, and he has to get over the little crazy guy since summer." Now Mingi scowled at him. "I've told you a thousand times..." Wooyoung cut him off. "...that you don't like him. I get it.", he said and crossed his arms.

Yeosang smiled a little sheepishly. "Why do you ask?" Mingi turned to him. Wooyoung leaned towards him with wide eyes. "Do you like someone?" he asked euphorically and Yeosang immediately shook his head.

And although he denied it, he immediately thought of Jongho and that one night. The night when they simply walked through the streets and everything around them disappeared.

A sound interrupted their conversation and Wooyoung stood up immediately. "I'll get our order," he said with a smile and disappeared immediately. Smiling, Yeosang shook his head and was nudged by Mingi shortly afterwards. "It's about Jongho, right?" he asked with a grin. Completely caught off guard, Yeosang shook his head. But unfortunately, he couldn't lie at all. "I see," Mingi said before Wooyoung came back and they started to eat.

The three of them left the café around midday. "See you later," Yeosang said before making his way to his next class. His next class was developing and building sculptures and he looked forward to this class every time.

A few minutes later, he arrived in class and sat down on an empty seat by the window. Less than a minute later, the teacher entered the classroom. As always, there was a beaming smile on his face.

He clapped his hands. "Today we're going to start the patner work that will accompany you for the next few weeks." Yeosang's blood froze and he bit his lips; the worst thing that could happen to him without any friends was a partner or group work.

The teacher threw some pictures on the wall with the projector. "Here are some inspirations. You should develop a sculpture together that conveys the feeling of love. The main idea is to depict an intimate relationship between two people." Yeosang lowered his face into his hands. He was doomed.

"Please find a patner now and discuss your ideas." Everyone immediately stood up and they all talked with each other. Totally exasperated, Yeosang looked up and watched as everyone sat down next to someone. He was about to stand up and ask the teacher to allow a single work when someone tapped him on the shoulder.

He turned around and spotted a girl standing behind him, smiling. He recognized her immediately and remembered how she had bumped into him the day before.

"Do you already have a partner?" she asked him. Yeosang looked at her and would have loved to hug her with joy at that moment. But he stayed seated and gave her a smile as well. "No, not yet." he said quickly. The girl had long brown hair that fell in waves over her shoulders and the nicest smile Yeosang had ever seen.

"Shall we work together?" she asked and Yeosang nodded. She immediately dropped into the chair next to him. "My real name is Jisu, but people call me Lia," she said politely. "I'm Yeosang." Yeosang explained.

Lia pointed to the photos. "Which one do you like best?" Yeosang looked ahead and didn't have to think twice. "The first one. It looks as if both people have merged with each other." Lia nodded excitedly. "I think it's the best too," she said and took out a notepad. "Let's just collect a few ideas," she said, holding out a pen to Yeosang. Yeosang excitedly took it and couldn't have been happier that he didn't have to work alone.

After the lesson was over, Lia and Yeosang discussed what materials they needed and who would buy what. Yeosang said goodbye to Lia and left the room with a really good feeling. Maybe this year wouldn't be so bad after all. He thought to himself and pushed open the door to the outside.

He saw someone standing in front of the stairs leading downstairs and couldn't believe that he was meeting him for the second time that day. Jongho was leaning against a pillar, engrossed in his phone.

At first, Yeosang just wanted to go to him and say hi, but he didn't dare. Instead, he walked in the opposite direction and wondered what Jongho was doing here...
