••••Yeosang opened the door to his room. The familiar warmth flowed towards him. He switched on the light and Jongho followed him. They closed the door and took off their jackets. Although it was still relatively early, the sky was overcast and a certain darkness lay over the city.
The first raindrops pattered against the window as Yeosang pulled something out of his closet. "Here, you can wear this," he said and Jongho smiled. He took the sweatpants and sweater. "I'll go to the bathroom and then you can..." Jongho grabbed Yeosang's hand and stopped him from talking. "It's all right, you can stay," he said, chuckling slightly.
Yeosang shyly avoided his gaze and took something to wear himself. While Jongho changed, Yeosang tried with all his might not to look and pretended that the pants in his hand were the most interesting thing in the world. Still, out of the corner of his eye, he couldn't help but notice how beautiful Jongho's body was and heat shot through his face.

When they had changed a few minutes later, the first thunder could be heard in the distance. Yeosang glanced at Jongho, who looked totally exhausted and yawned. Yeosang could guess that he had been studying all night. "Just lie down," he said, as Jongho didn't move on his own.
Jongho nodded and Yeosang watched as he crawled under the covers in Yeosang's bed. Something about the sight gave Yeosang a jolt and his whole body filled with love. He put a few things away, then didn't hesitate and slid under the covers next to Jongho. Jongho had already closed his tired eyes. He looked so peaceful, so calm and sweet that Yeosang couldn't help but look at him. He was so grateful to have Jongho in his life. So grateful that he could give him his love. So grateful that he was lying here now, in his bed, and that Yeosang could protect him from the world.
Dreamily, Yeosang stroked a strand of hair from his face and slid closer. With a tired murmur, Jongho snuggled up to him and Yeosang spread out his arm. Not a second later, Jongho was lying on his arm, his other arm wrapped tightly around Yeosang's waist and he had fallen asleep.
While the chaos raged outside and the wind whistled, the two of them lay here in absolute security. Yeosang had never felt so comfortable with anyone. He pressed a gentle kiss to Jongho's forehead, then hugged him close. He listened to the rain in the distance and watched Jongho sleep peacefully. He had never been happier than at that moment.

Mingi arrived at the university building out of breath. He had actually just wanted to go out for something to eat, but the rain had caught him by surprise and now he was completely soaked.
With an annoyed sigh, he brushed his wet hair out of his face and looked down at his wet shirt. Why couldn't autumn be the way you imagined it to be for once? Instead, there was constant heavy rain.
Mingi looked at his watch and realized with horror that his next class was about to start. In his half-wet pants, he searched hysterically for his phone. First he called Wooyoung, but as expected, he didn't answer. When he tried to reach Yeosang, the call immediately went to voicemail, which meant he didn't even have his phone on.
Frustrated, he hung up again. When he looked back at his contact list, Yunho's name popped into his sight. He didn't want to annoy him, but he couldn't help but click on his name. He nervously held the phone to his ear and listened to the beeping.
"Yes?" Yunho's voice sounded strange, as if he had just been running. "Hey?" Mingi asked as if he wanted to make sure that Yunho was alright. "I didn't mean to disturb you, but do you happen to have a shirt or something? I've been caught in the rain and my clothes are all wet." It was silent for a moment and Mingi didn't know what it meant. "Yunho?" he asked. "Turn around," he suddenly heard Yunho's voice.
