"What time is it?" I hear Taylor's voice, bringing me out of sleep. My eyes flutter open, feeling her still laying on top of me. I guess we spent the night on the couch.
"I don't know, I'm sleeping," I whine, trying to close my eyes again.
"Check your phone," she asks, and I sigh, shaking my head.
"You're closer, you look," I complain, attempting to fall back asleep.
"Fuck, I need to go," she gets up from the couch and the position we were laying in, taking her warmth with her.
"Right now?" I ask, sitting up, all signs of sleep leaving my body.
"Yes, I'm sorry. I have a show tonight," she picks her clothes up from the floor, putting them on quickly. I stand up from the couch, finding my clothes and sliding them on as well.
"Can I come?" I ask, as she finishes gathering her things, and she stops for a second to look over at me.
"You want to come?" She questions, seemingly surprised, and I nod.
"Yeah," I shrug, "I want more time with you," she smiles to me, walking over to wrap her arms around my waist. I hug her back tightly. This does feel right.
"Okay," I can hear the smile in her voice, "Go pack some clothes, we have to get going" she presses a quick kiss to my lips.
On that note, I hurry to my room, packing whatever I could find first. I am not sure that I fully packed everything I need, but I seemed to have gotten the necessities. I don't know how long we are going to be out of town, but I hope that I got enough of my things.
I go back into the Livingroom, seeing that Taylor is talking on the phone, but she seems to have grabbed all of her belongings. She motions for me to follow her. We walk out of the front door, and put my things in the back of her driver's car. She opens the door for me to get into the back seat, and I slide over, allowing her to get in next to me. She closes the door once she is in the vehicle and we take off down the road.
"Sorry about that, Tree was asking where I am at," Taylor speaks up once her call ends, and I wave her off.
"You're fine," I smile, I am in a really good mood. I can't believe that I am dropping everything and going with her, I don't have anything going on this weekend anyway, and what's better than hanging out with Taylor?
We arrive at the airport fairly soon, the car ride not lasting too long. We exit the vehicle, and she is helping me with my bag. Of course, there are a few pictures of us being taken, there always is. Every time we get in a car together, they always find us. We have gotten good at ignoring it, having talked about it quite a few times. We don't care what people say, nothing is true unless we say it is.
Soon enough, we board her jet, and I won't lie, I'm kind of glad we have some time to ourselves, seeing how private this is. I sit next to Taylor, of course. She takes this moment to lay down, her head resting in my lap. I run my fingers through her hair as she closes her eyes. I think I need to talk with her, I do want this with her, for worse or for better.
"Hey, Tay?" I question, still in deep thought. I want to tell her that I want this. I want her to know how I feel, what I am thinking. I want to be honest with her. I want her.
"Yeah?" She asks, her eyes fluttering open. I want to talk with her about this before the plane lands, because I know the second it does we are going to be busy.
"Do you still love me?" I ask her, and she sits up, her cheeks slightly pink. I don't want to beat around the bush, I just want to know if she wants this too.
"Uhm-I," she stutters a bit, actually seeming sort of flustered, "Are you ready for that answer?" She questions, seeming unsure.
"I need to know how you feel," I nod, now feeling a little more worried than before.
