Drew's POV
I stare at May and she stares at me, still smiling at me.
I think of what she said,
"Do you want to be friends?"
I can't believe she would want to be friends with me!!!
I haven't had a friend in forever.
So I compose my inner emotions, look her dead in the eye and say the one word I hate the most
"No"
I get up brush off my dandy lion fuzz and walk to my first class of the year.~~~~~~~~
Lunch brake
~~~~~~~~
I sit by my self under the shady
Maple tree and pull out my apple.
As I eat the juicy fruit, I look at my surroundings like I always do.
The people that eat alone the people that eat with there bff's,
The people that eat to much, the people that don't eat at all.
All so different but all the same in one way or another.
That's me the silent one that watches what uther people do but never intervenes, I've watched people be beat up just because of there race, girls be bullied because of there wait and so much more.
But I've never done a thing about it.
Until I saw one special blond girl walk out the school with all the jocks fallowing her.
Then and only then do I do something.
And man, did it make me feel like a hero.
