Lily Germaine was to hard to stay mad at.
Which is exactly why I found myself outside of her house once again, ready to apologize.
This time, I hadn't seen Logan, which was a good sign. I was trying to be less harsh on him, and I did pretty good yesterday, but I just wanted to see Lily today. I would apologize to Logan another time.
The door opened, and Peter's voice floated through.
"You're earlier than you normally are, Sofi—"
Peter and I stared at each other.
"What're you—"
"Why is Sofi coming over?" I blurted.
Peter's face turned red. "None of your business. Why are you here?"
"To see Lily?"
"Why?" He demanded.
"Why's Sofi coming over?" I asked, again.
Peter closed his mouth, and held the door open further. "Just go."
I walked inside, and headed up to Lily's room. Once I got to her door, I knocked gently.
"Lily?"
I heard the door click, and I knew that she locked it.
"Lily." I said, again. "Come on."
"Go, away." She snapped. "I'm not talking to you. I'm never talking to you again, traitor."
I sighed. "Come on. I apologized—"
"Going around actually saying the word sorry, isn't actually being sorry." She hissed.
I closed my mouth, and then sighed. "Lily, I'm sorry, what else do you want from me?"
It was silent for a few minutes, and then she said, "Flowers."
I stared at the door in disbelief. "What?"
"Flowers." She said, again. "Those Lily's you always give me."
I opened and closed my mouth, trying to find something to say. Before I could stop myself, I said, "Okay."
I then turned on my heel, and walked down the stairs where Sofi and Peter were.
