Seth was awakened by the phone and he was still half asleep as he listened to his lawyer tell him that Randy had been re-arrested and would remain in jail until his trail next month

"What happened?" Seth managed "Why was Randy taking into custody?"

'His current partner was admitted to hospital with a fractured clavicle. After doctors quizzed him about his injury, he admitted that Randy had done it and the police were called'

"Wow" Seth replied "Is Jimmy alright?"

'The police wouldn't tell me'

Seth was feeling more awake now as the reality of the situation caught up with him "Am I able to contact him, seeing as he's giving evidence or is it not allowed?"

'Jimmy is now giving evidence against Randy so you can contact him if you wish'

Seth thanked his lawyer and hung up. Taking a moment to process everything he'd just been told. He eventually decided to call Jimmy and his heart pounded as he waited for him to answer

"Hi Seth" Jimmy sounded tired and vulnerable "I take it you've been told what's happened?"

"Yeah" Seth confirmed "What made you change your mind about testifying?"

Jimmy sighed "I reached my breaking point. What you said...it got to me and I confronted him and he hurt me...badly. I just couldn't do it anymore"

"The hardest part is over" Seth replied "and i know it doesn't feel like it right now, but it does get easier"

"I'm sorry for saying those things about Roman and Dean" Jimmy mumbled "and for speaking to you the way I did...you were just trying to help and I realise that now"

"Listen it's fine" Seth answered ''You were scared and you lashed out. I get it"

"I've been thinking" Jimmy continued ''We can't let him do this to someone else, he needs to be stopped"

"You're right and that's why I'm going to do everything I can to get him sent down for a very long time" Seth said

"Keep in touch man" Jimmy replied "I've missed you"

Seth hung up and suddenly remembered what his therapist had suggested for him to do in order to fully move on from everything that had happened to him. At first he was completely against the idea but after thinking about it, he realised it could help. Seeing Randy face to face for the first time since that night at the hotel was going to be difficult but it could also work in his favour, especially if someone dealing with the case was in the room with them to witness what Randy said.

Seth took a deep breath and picked up the phone...

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Seth made sure to keep his breathing under control as a he was led into the room where he was going to be seeing Randy. There was a glass divide in front of him and a male officer was stood next to Seth acting as a witness as Randy was led into the room.

He smirked as he looked at Seth and he remained handcuffed as he was sat on a chair opposite

"Well look who it is" Randy sneered "I always knew you'd come crawling back to me in the end"

Seth shook his head "I'm here for closure, nothing more"

"Right...you keep telling yourself that but no one will ever love you like I did"

"LOVE!" Seth answered, raising his voice ''You don't rape and beat someone you love. You never loved me you just loved to dominate me but I've changed, I'm not that scared, damaged man you created anymore. I'm free of you now (seth tapped his head) up here"

Randy looked at him confused

"Whats wrong Randy?" Seth asked "Oh that's right you don't know what to do when someone isn't scared of you, because you're a bully and fear is what you feed of isn't it?"

"Watch your mouth" Randy warned

"Or what? What are you gonna do?" Seth asked "Hit me again, kill me? Go ahead try it if that's what makes you feel better Randy, go on do it"

"I preferred it when you kept your mouth shut" Randy replied bitterly "Maybe you've just forgot your place"

"I know my place and it is with Roman and Dean" Seth announced

"Do they give you what you want Seth, what you need?. Is that why you're with two men instead of one? Cos' it takes two of them to keep the bitch inside of you satisfied?"

Seth laughed "Individually they are twice the man you are because they don't have to get rough with me in order to feel like a man"

"You loved it" Randy argued "You needed someone to put you in your place"

"And you need help" Seth countered "psychological help because you can't keep hurting people"

Randy sighed "You should have stayed at home, in bed. After all sex was all you were ever good for"

Seth shook his head "You're pathetic. I hope you rot in here"

Seth stood up and left the room.

After Seth returned home he realised that his psychiatrist was right. He did need to see Randy in order to get closure and it felt good to be able to face him without being afraid. He had moved on and was in a better place now, where as Randy was still the same. He had felt no remorse for his action and he was exactly where he needed to be. In prison.
