[Three weeks later]

After receiving the summons, Seth started therapy and he was glad that he did because his therapist had helped him process and overcome the way he was feeling about having to give evidence. He'd also worked hard during rehab and was getting stronger every day, for the first time in what seemed like forever, Seth actually felt like things were looking up for him. Giving evidence wasn't easy, but it was made a lot easier by an incredibly understanding lawyer who had briefed him on what to expect and his therapist who had even prepared him for some of the questioning he'd receive and had reassured him he was going to be alright. He got angry at one point when he was being cross-examined, but he was able to stay calm and get his point across. Thankfully, Randy wasn't in the courtroom when he gave evidence, and afterwards, when he thought about what he had done, he was so proud of himself. A few months ago he would've been able to do it and it was partly to do with the two men that he was travelling to meet at the airport.

As Seth parked the car, he could barely contain his excitement as he hobbled through the airport towards the arrivals gate. He didn't have to wait long until Roman and Dean showed up and he nearly ran towards them before he remembered he couldn't. Instead, he was sandwiched between both men as they threw their arms around him. For a moment they just stood there embracing each other before Dean took hold of Seth's hand and led him towards the parking lot (leaving his luggage behind him). Roman shook his head and grabbed hold of Dean's luggage and his own, following close behind them. Once they reached the car, Dean pressed Seth up against it and kissed him breathless. When they parted, Seth was bright red and Dean was smirking, clearly pleased with himself.

Roman made his way over to them and gave Dean a stern look "What did I tell you about not being too full on?"

"What!?" Dean replied innocently as he took the keys from a still stupor'd Seth "He enjoyed it! Didn't you babe?"

Seth just smiled at him lovingly and Dean smirked before getting into the car

"I'll put the bags in the trunk then, shall I?" Roman yelled

"I can help" Seth offered as he followed Roman to the back of the car

"It's alright babe" Roman replied "I wasn't getting at you" Roman wrapped his arms around Seth and kissed him softly

"I missed you" Seth whispered against Roman's lips

"I missed you too" Roman replied "Now let's get outta here, you know how Dean gets when he's hungry"

After eating, the three of them spent the next few hours catching up and both Dean and Roman were pleased with the progress Seth had made both physically and mentally since they had been gone

"I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning" Seth said "but after that I'm free for the rest of the day"

The three of them were already making plans for the time they had together before Roman and Dean had to go back on the road again

"Do you want us to come with you?" Roman asked

"Thanks but I think I'll be alright" Seth answered "Plus, you guys need to rest after being on the road"

Roman and Dean exchanged a look of pride. Seth's confidence had increased as it was great to see

"We'll keep the bed warm for you then" Dean said with a wink

The next morning Seth's eye shot open as the alarm clock rang out and he quickly reached over Dean to turn it off, his hand squatting at anything it came in contact with until the offending sound finally stopped. As he sat up, Dean stired beside him

"What's going on?''

''The alarm clock went off" Seth answered

Dean groaned and shuffled to the edge of the bed, moving out of the way so that Seth could get out. Seth grabbed some clean clothes and made his way into the bathroom, making sure not to disturb Roman and Dean too much while he got dressed. By the time Seth was done, Dean had closed the gap between him and Roman and the two men were now cuddling each other. Seth smiled at the sight and suddenly had the urge to capture the moment. He grabbed his phone and quickly took some photos

Dean's eyes flicked open at the sound of the camera shutter "You better not be taking photos of us Sethie"

Seth hid his phone behind his back as Roman shifted, his eyes blinking open "Forget the damn photos. Come over here and give us a kiss before you go"

Seth smiled and made his way over to Roman for a kiss. Dean sat up and leant towards Seth, kissing him sweetly

"Love you both" Seth uttered as he made his way out of the room

"Love you too, Sethie" Dean said as he flopped back down on the bed

"Love you baby boy" Roman mumbled

Seth was leaving the hospital after his check up but suddenly stopped when he saw a familiar face "Jimmy?"

Seth hadn't seen Jimmy Jacobs for years, but he recognised him instantly. As Seth made his way towards him, he noticed his bruised and blooded face

Jimmy managed a forced smile "Oh, hi Seth. Fancy seeing you here"

"Yeah" Seth agreed "What happened to your face?"

Jimmy seemed reluctant to answer as his eyes darted around the room "Oh, you know, had a rough match. The other guy got some lucky shots in"

Seth hummed. He felt like Jimmy was lying about how he sustained his injuries "How long are you in town for?. We should hang out"

"Yeah, no can do I'm afraid" Jimmy replied

Seth recognized Jimmy's nervous movements because he'd done the same thing more than once

"I can't be around you" Jimmy added "If he knew, he'd never forgive me. It could mess up everything"

Seth's heart dropped. This was way too familiar "Jimmy, what are you talking about?"

"I'm with Randy"

An unpleasant taste settled in Seth's mouth as his suspicions were confirmed. History was repeating itself, only this time with Jimmy playing the role of the beaten and broken boyfriend

"He beat you up didn't he?" Seth asked knowingly "That's why you're here''

"I can't be seen talking to you Seth" Jimmy dismissed "It could mess up his case"

"His case?" Seth questioned

"I've already said too much" Jimmy replied "I'm sorry"

Jimmy walked away, leaving Seth standing there shocked
