Third-Person POV
Lando and Alex made their way towards Ashley. Before they could reach her Charles and Carlos reached her and sat beside her.
Bella and Theo excused themselves so that Ashley could spend some time with the other drivers.
"Congrats Ash," Charles said as both the Ferrari drivers sat beside her. Her best friends came in too.
"Look at you all. Nice to have the gang up" Ashley said as her best friends made their seats.
"Where is our party? For your pole" Carlos asked Ashley. "Don't you also race tomorrow?" she asked back.
"I can manage" he replied.
"You think" Charles joked for which Carlos hit him in the stomach. Ashley was munching a sandwich which Lando took from her hand and had a bite. Ashley gave him a straight face.
"I'm hungry. Plus you make the best sandwiches" he said eating more of the sandwich.
"I didn't make it you muppet," Ashley said. "You should. We miss your cooking" Alex said.
"Oh..you cook?" Charles asked with his thick accent. "She loves cooking. We love her cooking" Lando said.
"Maybe you should cook for all of us" Alex added. "I can do that. How about you all visit my house back in the UK? During our race weekend. Lewis wanted to have dinner. I don't think George will mind" she said.
"And I can get the drinks" they heard a voice and turned towards it. "What the" Ashley looked shocked standing up.
"What are you doing here?" she asked her boyfriend happiness clear in her face.
"Well someone told me someone missed me," Case said when Ashley wrapped her arms around him kissing him.
"Uhhg..get a room you two" Lando said. "We should. There are children present" Case bit back.
"Hey! Boys. Behave" Ash said when Casey greeted the others around.
"So, how is she as a teammate?" Casey directed it towards Alex.
"Oh show off. Now that she has got pole she is gonna get something for the crew. Half of my mechanics want to work for her car" Alex said. Ashley hit his arm.
"Mate, half of my mechanics want to work on her car," Lando said.
"Well, she is the show isn't she?" Case said kissing her cheek for which she giggled.
"All right, That'll do for the night. Come on let's get you settled" she said to her boyfriend. She said goodbye to the other drivers and walked away with her partner.
All four drivers' eyes lingered on the pair. "I thought-" Carlos started and looked at Charles.
"We thought-" Lando and Alex looked at them confused.
"Maybe it was a mistake," Charles said. "What was?" Alex asked.
"George" both the Ferrari drivers said in unison. Lando threw his hands in the air. "Dude, you should get your eyes checked," he said to Alex.
"We were pretty sure they were gonna be together," Carlos said.
"Oh, they will," Lando said.
"You keep talking like this. Casey is gonna serve your ass in the plate at court next time you get pulled up for speeding" Alex warned the McLaren driver.
"He seems a nice guy," Charles said referring to Casey. "Not more than George" Lando sang.
"I think I should call Lily," Alex said.

"No," Theo said.
"Please" Ashley begged. Theo looked at Casey with slick eyes. He just humped his shoulders.
"No naughty work," Theo said.
"No naughty work" Ashley assured.
"If I find out" Theo warned. "You will not," Casey said. Theo gave him a straight face.
"We will not" Ashley corrected. "You will not remove our watch. I will monitor your heartbeat. If I find it high, I am charging through your driver's room" Theo said. Both Casey and Ashley nodded.
"Go," Theo said and the pair immediately made their way toward her driver's room.
Ashley POV
Once we were in the driver's room I waited till he removed his jacket and once he was done I immediately pushed him to the wall connecting our lips.
A sense of relief hit me. He was a bit taken aback but co-operated soon. "Ash..." he tried and I just didn't let him talk.
"Babe..we cannot-"
"Shhhhh," I said connecting our lips again. I slowly let my tongue inside his mouth which he allowed and I intensified our kiss.
His arms snaked to my back and I pulled him more wrapping my arms around him. He turned us around, now me against the wall, and put both his palms on my back.
I jumped and wrapped my legs around him as he carried me to the couch. He put me down and climbed onto me. His lips slowly moved from my lips to my neck and it became a window to catch both our breaths.
He trailed his kisses and stopped at the bottom of my neck. We actually cannot do it. He came back to my face a pressed a kiss on my forehead when I made space for him to lie down beside me.
I placed my head on his chest when he wrapped an arm around me and stroked my hair. "Ash," he said softly.
I looked at him. "Are you alright?" he asked in a worried tone. I stayed silent. "Come on Baby. You can let it out to me" he said. I buried my face in his body as tears formed in my eyes. He slowly rubbed my back.
"I've worked so hard," I said as my voice cracked. "I don't know what more I can do," I said now tears fully flowing down. I never usually break down. Never really. But when I did, it would be only with Case or Matthew.
"It's ok Baby. It's ok. You are doing good. Don't let them get you" he said in an assured tone.
"I'm okay now. I am good" I said looking at him again. He wiped a tear off my cheek. "You here," I said. He leaned forward and placed a kiss on my forehead.
"I didn't survive a week without you," I said slowly giggling sitting up which he did too. He still had his arm around me.
"You will get them," he said. I gave him a thank you nod. "Did Matt call? I know he must be worried" I said.
"He was. I was. That is why I came. Also, Theo sent me a text" he said. "I have so many good people around me," I said.
"You do. But you have to open up Ash. You cannot bottle up" he said.
"I don't want to. They all work so that I can win. Everyone around me. I don't wanna break in front of them" I said looking down.
"Then..." he made me look at him. "You will call me. Or Matt. Promise me" he said. I nodded.
"I promise" He returned a nod. "Did you know Mila has grown up so much?" I said in a cheerful tone and took out my phone to show him the video.
We watched a few videos. Chatted for a few minutes about everything and then went to sleep. I had to because I had a race tomorrow and I needed to win.
