Third Person POV

Ashley waited and waited and waited in her hotel for them to arrive and they just didn't seem to. She pulled up my phone and called Lando.

"Ash, where are you?" he asked just after picking up. "What do you mean where am I? I am in my hotel" She barked.

"Oh, I thought you were coming with Alex," He said. "Who also seem to just arrive now" he added.

"What?" She barked again. "Hey, Ash. Where are you?" Alex added in. "I hate you guys," She said. "Try George. Maybe he can pick you up" Lando added.

"Great" She huffed. Alex and Lando smirked at each other on the other side. "Waiting for you" Alex shouted when she cut the call. And her fingers searched for George's contact. She hit the green dial.

He picked up on the third ring. "Hey"

"George, where are you? Have you left already?" she asked. "No. I just showered. Will be leaving in about........" he checked his watch "...20 mins" he answered.

"Great. Can I join you?" She asked. "Sure. Come to my room. I'll get dressed" He said.

"Ok," she replied and walked outside.

George POV

I just put on my pants when I heard a knock on my door. I ran to it and opened it to find her outside. She looked at me and her mouth went agape a bit.

"Hey," I greeted her.

"Hey," she gave a large huff.

"Come on in," I said when she made her way in. "I'm sorry. I thought you got dressed" she said. I scrunched my eyebrows at her. She has seen me topless before. Numerous times. What changed now? I wondered.

"It's fine Ash," I said and I took a shirt to put it on. She stood leaning against my bedroom doorframe but I could sense her vision reverting to me again and again.

"Ready for a party?" he asked trying to ease the discomfort she was feeling. "No. I tried to get out. But Lewis insisted. Everybody is gonna be busy with their partners and you and I are gonna babysit around I don't know 4-5 couples" she said annoyed.

"We don't usually do stuff like this. I don't know what caught up with Lewis. He always says that he hates to bump into drivers on off days and now he is bunching all of them up" I said.

"I am pretty sure the guys put him to it. Just don't know why we were invited" She said sharing a laugh.

"Well, let's hope you meet someone" I joked. She raised her eyebrows. "Oh, that ship has sailed," She said. Both of us shared a short look.

"Pass me the hair gel, will you?" I said as she got ahold of it. "George..." she walked towards me, throwing the gel away.

"How about no gel?" she said. I raised my eyebrows. She put her fingers in my hair styling it a bit. My breath hitched a bit.

"What do you want it to be?" I asked softly. She still ruffled through my hair. "I like these curls. Let them be" she said in her soft voice. "Let them be then," I said. She gave a small nod.

"Shall we go?" I asked. "Yeah," I answered.

We were on our way to Lewis Penthouse and we stopped for gas. She was filling in while I went into a store to buy something for us to eat. I bought a few sandwiches and bottles of juice. I put them in the back when I noticed she was at a bit of a distance going through her phone.
