Damian POV

It's been two weeks since I've had Ashton underneath me. And that was at his house, and I am feeling way too horned up knowing that he is single and ready to be mine. But my heart doesn't want me to ask him out, having a gnawing feeling at my brain that he will reject me instantly. I need to find some other way to make him mine, before another bird comes in to take my bait. That bait being Ashton nonetheless. I clicked my tongue as I walked out of the parking and into the elevator to go up to my office. The elevator doors dinged open to my floor and I stepped out in a cheery mood.

I will get to see Ashton's beautiful face, the moment I enter the room, he would be there facing at my desk, preparing my files and bringing me a cup of coffee to have. I hummed in anticipation as I opened the door to my office, but Ashton wasn't that only one there. Instead, I saw my Dad talking to Ashton as he was situated on the massive sofa. Ashton was talking to him like he is his own son of sorts. Ah I forgot that Ashton is my Dad's favorite employee. But what is he doing here? I thought he went on a month long trip to Paris. As soon as my Dad saw me he stood up and came closer to me. Giving me a big hug he patted my back and then my head.

I just got confused by his sudden love towards me and looked at Ashton, who was smiling ear to ear after looking at us. I too returned the hug to my dad and nuzzled my face in his nape, feeling the fatherly warmth that left his body. He let go off me and wiped his eyes before speaking,

"You did it my son... You cracked the deal with Greyjoy... I'm so happy son! And to celebrate this deal, we are going to have a massive party! Do invite your partner in this deal!"

I got confused at his words and asked,

"Who? Dad?"

He smiled at me and replied,

"Jace Donovan, isn't he your partner in this deal? I mean his company is having a tie up with ours after all."

Jace? Why do I have to call him? I looked at Ashton who was sharing a similar expression as me, but more grim. I know why he has that expression, I remember what happened to him in Paris, I clench my first and give my dad a small smile and reply,

"Sure dad, I'll call him!"

And my dad left the office after a few more minutes of chit chat with me and Ashton. I sat at my desk and groaned in frustration. I don't want Jace to come face to face with Ashton anymore! Ashton came and stood in front of me, his hands fiddling together in nervousness. I looked up at him and motioned him to take a seat, he did it and then I spoke to him,

"Jace won't do anything to you, Ashton. I'll make sure of that!"

He gave me a small smile and then spoke,

"I know that you won't, sir. It's just that I am scared of the party becoming a mess because of me."

I furrowwed my brows at him and cleared his confusion,

"Hey, you won't do anything to the party. I'll keep you by my side for the entire night, and won't let anyone. And I mean anyone come near you, guy or girl, okay?"

He gave me a look of hope and then smiled widely, showing off his bunny teeth. I've never noticed how beautiful he looks when he smiles like that, showing off his beautiful and genuine smile to me. I've seen him smile like that to Carlton till now, but when he did it for me, man I'm just falling for him more.

I should really ask him to be my boyfriend now! Yes I'll ask him at the dinner party. Till then I have to plan the perfect proposal for him and keep it a secret. I too smile back at him and ask,

"Now, will you get me a cup of coffee, Ashton?"

His brows shot up and he giggled a bit and then replied,

"Sure sir!"

I saw him skip his way happily out of my cabin and disappear behind the closed office door. I dropped all of my work aside and dialled someone's number,

<Hello brother, I see that you have finally remembered that you have a sister!>

"Very mature and funny, Dilana. And yes I do remember having a annoying piece of shit for a sister. And I very much love her!"

I heard her leave a chortle from the other side and reply,

<That's too sweet for me Damian! Now tell me, why have you really called me for?>

This time I stiffled in a laugh and spoke,

"I need your help, to... Set up a proposal for someone..."

<And who is that couple that you want to set it up for?>

I cleared my throat before revealing the couple's name and answered,

"It's me and my future boyfriend, a guy that I want to ask out before anyone else tries to get him from me!"

Silence.

Loud and utter silence from Dilana's side. I heard some fumbling going around for a minute before I heard her yelling to her significant other, Lucy.

<LUCE! LISTEN TO THIS! DAMIAN IS IN LOVE. HE IS IN LOVE WITH SOMEONE, AND WANTS TO PROPOSE TO THEM!>

Ahh this girl! She continued to scream through her phone before speaking at a normal voice,

<Okay I'll do everything for your perfect proposal for your future boyfriend. Lucy and I will create the perfect venue to do this! Just a question though,>

"What Dilana?"

<What is the venue?>

I sighed and rubbed my forehead before telling her,

"The place where the business dinner party is held at, London."
