"Kourtlyn definitely set the tone. The vibes real nice in here."
"He did. I'm proud of him."
Danielle nodded. "The grand opening gone have a real nice outcome." She says while looking around.
Milan was happy that Danielle was here. Especially since Kortlyn was mainly trying to get his business in order for tomorrow which she understood.
Her and Danielle had been catching up on every aspect on each other's life. Even though the two talked often they still felt like they didn't talk enough.
They were just those two friends who just understood each other. There friendship was so genuine from the start. Danielle had such a good spirit she loved her energy every time she was around her.
She loved how they talked about how they both felt in their career paths the ups and downs of it. Danielle happened to be a real estate agent and was the best in the market. She had been closing out on many homes and even helped Kortlyn closed out on his new home recently.
She had her own agency as well. Even though it wasn't the largest agency she had quite of few people on her team. Which consisted of three other real estate agents. Danielle had been flourishing within her career.
As they talked amongst themselves the conversation even led to the passing of Cartier. Which was brief but Danielle just wanted to make sure her friend was progressing mentally.
While Milan wanted to push that thought in the back of her mind. It was hard enough having to deal with it every single day. Especially on her own without family and even though Kortlyn and Danielle was always there she would have rathered her mom and brother.
The closest she was to family was Loriane and Damion. Leon and Amari would both check on her and she appreciated them she just wished they would've done more.
She even reached out to her family herself and it wouldn't always be reciprocated. She just told herself people had their own lives to live.
Milan had dealt which so much at a young age. She had blossomed into such a beautiful person with a even more beautiful soul. She was strong but sometimes you needed to check on those strong friends too. She had her days and Danielle knew it which is why she tried to check in with her every chance she could.
She didn't want Milan to lose herself again. It was so easy to slip into old habits and even harder to get yourself out sometimes.
Danielle and Milan were currently seated in what would be the newest attractions to come in the city of Baton Rouge.
Fire Haus. Which happened to be located right in the heart of Baton Rouge.
A indoor and outdoor lounge that included a rooftop bar. The decor of the lounge happened to be themed based upon the name itself. The red and black color combo gave such a grown and sexy vibe while also giving the epitome of lowkey and chill.
When you first walked in there happened to be an area which included couches with tables positioned in the middle of them. The bar sat against the wall with the words Fire Haus.
As you continued walking there was a door that led to the outside seating area. Which was a much more chill vibe for those who wanted to be away from the music. The also region also included steps that led to the rooftop. The rooftop offered areas for seating. The bar was section off in the corner and there was the DJ booth.
The weekends would consist of the rooftop area being a club venue in a sense. Even though it was a lounge he knew he wanted to bring in more revenue.
His entire establishment was nice.
