Celeste sat inside of her BMW M850 the car had been running but she had yet to move. She had been devouring the plate of food that was seated in her lap. She was in South Baton Rouge because she wanted this particular spot and this was the closest location to her.
Usually, the young woman would've waited until she gotten home but she felt like she couldn't. She hadn't eaten since her lunch break at work which happened to be around eleven this afternoon. Then after work she headed straight to the nail salon. Which she spent hours in there.
A spot called The Bayou Affect had become very popular especially since they now had another location. She hadn't even thought about moving out of the parking lot as she devoured her plate.
The day was just about coming to an end. She was glad that it was Friday, a full week of being a teacher to kindergarten students and coming home being a mother while doing school work had been a lot for her.
Celeste was trying to stay with this job but she knew it would probably become too much for her to bare. Now she didn't actually have to work. Her business was doing good and Damion took care of everything else but she didn't want to always depend on him.
Petal Marie, happened to be flourishing very well that honestly Celeste didn't need the teaching job. She was bringing in over thirty orders a month. When she first started off she didn't expect that many orders a month.
Damion had took care of Celeste her entire pregnancy. She was most definitely living that soft girl lifestyle during her pregnancy and still was. He made sure her basic necessities was always handled. When it came to keeping herself together and getting her hair done every two weeks. He cooked her entire pregnancy. Took her to appointments and did many other things.
She was blessed. Even though a woman's pregnancy was supposed to be the most softest moment of her life many didn't have the luxury but she was thankful that she had someone like him.
Especially at their age. They were both young but were doing very well. Everybody had their opinions about them moving into a home together and doing things so quickly and Celeste did think about the things people said sometimes but she always reassured herself that they would be okay.
As she washed her food down with the strawberry lemonade she scrolled carelessly on X. Many followers talking about the upcoming weekend in Baton Rouge.
Selah would be between both of her grandmothers this weekend so that gave Celeste to do as she pleased this entire weekend. Everybody had been wanting her to enjoy herself. Even Damion.
The incoming call banner displayed across the top of her screen, Morgan. She clicked the green icon.
"Hello." Celeste says as she places the phone on speaker.
"Hello... What you doing?" Morgan asks.
"Sitting in my car... you?"
"Just finished my last client of the day. I apparently have a date tonight." Morgan says as Celeste eyebrow raised.
Celeste had finally closed the the plate. She had a lot left over and would be finishing the rest later on.
"Not with who you think either. I'm going with the man from last night."
"You gone go?" Celeste asked as she placed the food on the floor. She had gotten Damion something to eat as well.
"Yes... I'm not doing anything tonight. He made us reservations for this restaurant in New Orleans at eight."
"What you gone tell Nayeli? You know how she is when it comes to you." Celeste says as she puts her car into reverse.
Nayeli felt as if she needed to know Morgan's every move.
