Important announcement!
For any first-time readers who are confused, Chapter 6 has been accidentally deleted and therefore removed from the book :( That's why there's a chunk of missing storyline between Chapter 5 and 7. *takes a deep breath and clears throat* So for anyone who hasn't read the deleted chapter or want a quick recap, Chapter 6 takes place after Olivia Watson meets the Doctor for the first time (not including the times in her visions) in the school library.
The Doctor appeared in his magic blue box, his suit soaked in water. When the librarian decides to check on Olivia, she panics because the situation would be more complicated that it already is if the librarian realised Olivia hiding behind a rack of books with a stranger looking as if he'd just been fished out of a pool.
She somehow finds a weird beeping device under a book (later known as Joltea's teleportation and time traveling device) thanks to a vision she had, and unknowingly sent the Doctor into the future using the device. The Doctor lands in Olivia's bedroom two days into the future, as shown in Chapter 7.
