Summer had just ended for the Marauders, and it was time to go back to Hogwarts. No one had spoken about the week before as they thought some unwanted feelings and fights would break out throughout the group. They had all boarded the Hogwarts Express in search for an empty compartment for all of them.
Hana had managed to find an empty compartment at the very end of the train. "Hey, guys I found one" she called out to them. They had all started walking towards the compartment to take a seat and wait for the long ride to the castle.
The train rattled along the tracks as it made its way back to the castle, signaling the beginning of the seventh and final year for Lily Evans, James Potter, and Kim Hana. The air was filled with a mix of excitement and anticipation, but an unspoken tension lingered between the trio.
Upon their return, the Gryffindor common room buzzed with laughter and reunion. Yet, as the days turned to a week, the dynamic between Lily, James, and Hana took an unexpected turn.
The first week of their last year was filled with a palpable energy, a blend of excitement for the future and the weight of impending goodbyes. As the students settled into their routines, the Gryffindor common room buzzed with conversations and laughter. Lily, James, and Hana found themselves navigating the delicate dance of friendship, unspoken desires, and the looming uncertainty of what lay beyond the castle walls.
The drama unfolded during a seemingly innocuous moment in the common room. Hana and James were engaged in a lighthearted conversation about Quidditch, their laughter filling the air. Lily, observing from across the room, couldn't shake the twinge of jealousy that stirred within her. She had tried to bury her own feelings for James, but the sight of him sharing a moment with Hana reignited the unresolved emotions.
Unable to contain her frustration, Lily confronted Hana in a moment of heated tension. "It's always about you and James, isn't it? Can't you give us a break?" Lily accused, her voice edged with bitterness.
Hana, taken aback by the sudden confrontation, attempted to diffuse the tension. "Lily, we're just friends. There's nothing more to it."
But Lily, fueled by her own insecurities, couldn't let go of the simmering resentment. The rift between them deepened, casting a shadow over the once-unbreakable bond they shared.
As the week progressed, the drama spilled into the corridors of Hogwarts, affecting not only Lily, James, and Hana but also the wider Gryffindor community. Whispers of tension and unspoken conflicts floated through the air, leaving an indelible mark on their final year.
Amidst the turmoil, the prospect of the big Gryffindor party loomed on the horizon. The event, an annual tradition to celebrate the achievements of the house, had taken on a mythical status over the years. This year's party, however, held the promise of both celebration and resolution for the drama that had unfolded.
The night of the Gryffindor party arrived, and the common room was transformed into a lively spectacle. Festive decorations adorned the walls, enchanted music filled the air, and the atmosphere crackled with the anticipation of a memorable night. The tension that had gripped Gryffindor house throughout the week seemed to dissipate as students embraced the spirit of celebration.
As the party unfolded, Lily found herself torn between avoiding James and confronting the unresolved emotions that lingered within her. Hana, too, navigated the social dynamics with a sense of unease, aware of the unspoken rift between her and Lily. James, caught in the crossfire, attempted to balance his friendships while grappling with his own feelings.
Amidst the revelry, an unexpected moment brought the drama to a head. James approached Hana, seeking a private conversation away from the crowd. In a quiet corner of the common room, he opened up about the emotional turmoil that had defined their relationships.
"Hana, I need to be honest with you. Lily and I—we're not just friends. There's something more there," James confessed, his eyes reflecting a mixture of vulnerability and determination.
Hana, her heart sinking, nodded in understanding. She had left James alone as she went and for a place to relax from what was going on downstairs. Hana had thought that she made it out unnoticed, but James had followed her to make sure she was alright.
___
"Hana?" he said, she turned her head to look at him "Why did you follow me, James?" she said as she turned her head back around to stare at the black lake. "I just wanted to make sure you were alright," he replied "Do you think I'm alright. Cause I sure as hell don't feel alright." Hana's eyes had started to water, thinking about what was said not long ago between the two.
"Look, I never meant to hurt you, Hana. You're my best friend a-" he was cut off " Exactly, that's all I'll ever be to you James. You don't understand how I feel when I see you and Lily." Tears had started to fall down her face as she looked back at James.
"Gods, don't get me started on Lily. I mean I understand why you like her so much, she's pretty, smart, caring, an-" This time she was cut off by James pressing his lips to hers. She hadn't noticed that he had moved up to stand next her.
Hana had tried to move her head away because of the shock, but James was holding on to her like his life depended on it. Finally, she melted into the kiss and responded back. They pull apart to get air, both of their eyes were closed unsure of what to do. Hana mustered up the courage to back in for more.
This time the kiss was more heated than before. She kissed him with a hunger that she didn't know she had. James had grabbed her waist, hard, as if she would disappear if he let go. Their tongues collide as they try to explore each other's mouths.
They knew that if they didn't stop now, they never would, but they just couldn't seem to pull apart like if they were supposed to be doing this.
Both of their conscience flew out of their heads. Next thing you know they are both in the Marauders door on James' bed, clothes being thrown around the room. James' beds curtains closed as he took out his wand and muttered a spell to keep them closed. His mouth trailing kisses down Hanas's neck, sucking and biting try to find her sweet spot.
When he finally found it, Hana let out a small moan. Unexpectedly, she quickly covered her mouth but was stopped by James "Don't cover that pretty mouth of yours, let me hear you."
