Believe it or not...I kind of ran out of things to say...uh...playing gold if really tiring??? I don't know, I lost myself. Just read these more important words.

"Where are they going?" Kira says to Liam.

"I have no idea, something's going on that we don't know about," Liam stated.

"We should g-,"

"No! Not yet. We wait." Liam looks at Stiles and gulps, holding Kira's wrist. "We wait."

Mason breathed heavily as he pushed the branches away from his face, running like hell.

He had to find the Jacks, he just had to.

Now was the plan stupid? Yes. Was it selfish? No. He was saving everyone, at least that's how he sees it.

"Hello!?" Mason slows to a walk, heaving. "Anyone there!?" He stops and doubles over on his knees. "You know I'm only half human right?!"

"That's why you're so special." Mason turns around and flinches when he sees Drex standing there, smiling.

"What the hell are you doing here?"

"Do you honestly think I wouldn't be able to track you down?" Drex says inching closer. Mason stepped back.

"That's not what I mean. Why'd you come?"

"Because I know what you're about to do." Drex continued to walk closer to Mason. Although Mason was good at keeping balance, his anxiety made him stumble. Drex's eyes glazed over in darkness. "And I would be honored if you would allow me to take your life, for the greater good."

Mason couldn't stop shaking. Although he believed his action was strong, he felt weak inside. "Take me to Theo."

"How do you know his name?" Drex asks, still advancing.

Although Mason was full of fear, he put on a poker face and looked Drex directly in his soulless eyes. "I know everything."

"Shouldn't they be here by now?" Malia whispers through the trees.

Derek growls. "Would you stop calling out to me? Be patient," Derek says back, sticking his head out of the leaves.

"I'm just saying maybe we should-,"

"Hey!" Peter calls from the other tree and Malia rolls her eyes. "Keep it down you guys."

"We're trying," Derek says.

"Not hard enough," Peter mutters.

"Shut up Peter," Malia comments.

"Can you guys just-," Derek stops when he smells a familiar sent far in the woods.

"What?" Peter hissed.

"Do you smell them?" Malia asks.

"I smell...me," Derek says. Before Malia can comment, Derek's down the tree and out in the darkness.

"Come on!" Malia hisses to Peter and they both follow Derek into the woods.

Derek runs through the trees, following the scent. It's strange, enhanced, intensifying. Derek slows down and takes deep breaths once he sees what's in front of him. He hears the footsteps behind him but doesn't move an inch.

"Derek!" Malia calls but stops when she sees what's in front of him.

"I knew you'd come," little Derek said, smiling at his older self.

"Why are you here?" Derek breathes out.

"I don't belong here," little Derek says, tears building. "I can't be here with you." He sniffles and wipes his face. "I need you to do it," he says sternly, pulling something from his back.

He pulls out a knife. "I need you to kill me."

"Okay, we're here," Theo states, turning to Isaac who gulps. "Where's Drex?"

"I-I still don't know," Isaac stutters. "Please."

Theo's vein bulges in his neck as he storms towards Isaac. He grabs Isaac's face and clutches it in his hands, cracking his jaw. Heat emerges from his fingertips and Isaac screams, falling to his knees.

"Brett slow down!" Lydia panted trying to catch up with him.

"Run faster!" Brett yells behind him.

Lydia slows down as her head starts to spin. She doubles over, trying to catch her breath. Something's not right. Brett keeps running but Lydia starts walking in another direction.

The leaves crunch under her feet as she walks deeper into the darkness of the surrounding woods. Something rolls towards Lydia's feet and she backs away slightly. She picks it up and it feels like a giant, sticky ball on her fingers.

In the distance she sees a car coming on the side of the road and flinches at the light. But in this new light she sees it.

The body a few feet away from her. Lydia starts to hyperventilate and once the car passes she falls to the ground. The sticky ball now in her lap. Her hands shake.

Another car drives by and then she sees what the wet ball is.

A head covered in blood.

Then, Lydia screams.

"Ow! Jesus! Why are you pulling so hard!?" Mason complains as Drex drags him through the dark woods.

"Walk faster," Drex says, his face emotionless.

"I wouldn't exactly call this walking." Mason's feet slide across the forest floor. Drex stops his hike and turns to face Mason.

"I don't think you fully understand!" he yells.

"Understand what?!" Mason asks.

Drex takes a deep breath, never breaking eye contact. "Just how much danger you're in."

"With you?"

Drex shakes his head. "With everyone." Drex couldn't stop himself from doing what he came here to. He pulled out a knife and struck Mason with it. And there was no way for Mason to stop himself from wailing as the blood bursted from the wound.

"What?" Derek hisses. "I'm not going to kill you. It would be like...killing myself," he says, pushing the knife away.

"Please, you're the only one that can do it." Little Derek sniffles, bringing the knife closer to Derek.

"I won't do it," Derek's voice starts to tear up too. Malia watches in stony silence.

"Then I'll do it myself." Little Derek drives the knife into his stomach and screams slightly.

"Wait!" Derek pulls the knife out quickly, and the blood starts to flow. Little Derek bites his lip, but it does nothing to silence the scream that blooms.

Scott hears Isaac.

Kira hears Lydia.

Liam hears Mason.

Stiles hears Little Derek.

They all look at each other and stop in the middle of the field. Coach is yelling for them to move but they don't. Liam gulps, his hands shaking.

They all drop their lacrosse sticks and run towards the woods.

Running in search for their lives. For their friends.
