Fractureverse Kaia did indeed return with Fractureverse Zarkos, however the usual circumstances had also drawn Fractureverse Naeus's attention and so he too had come to see for himself as to what was going on. Lyria felt shivers run down her spine at the sight of Fractureverse Naeus even though it would have seemed to be impossible in this heat to feel cold. "Your majesty." She said out of respect. "I'm only a grandmaster not a king." Fractureverse Naeus informed her. "Oh." She said not able to help herself. "I can see what you mean." Fractureverse Zarkos said to Fractureverse Kaia. "Hang on, how do we know she hasn't just hit her head or is just lying?" Fractureverse Hogsworth interrupted as he was still suspicious of Lyria.

Everyone turned to Fractureverse Zarkos waiting for him to confirm the answer. He paused for a few minutes as if in thought or conducting a spell, although no one really knew which it was. "Allow me to explain to you in a way you will all be able to understand. I'm sure most of you are aware that different arts of magic have their own frequency or pulse to put it simply. Well so do different realities in a similar kind of way. An experienced mage can read these frequencies quite easily if they know what they're looking for. All entities will have these frequencies whether they have anything to do with magic or not. This includes items as well as people. After I did a particular spell just now I can confirm that this girl is from a different reality, however I have bad news as it would seem that the one from our universe is currently in hers. Only items can travel through different realities without any major consequences but this could be catastrophic!" He announced to the shocked group.

No one spoke for a minute or two. They were all trying to process the information. Then Fractureverse Zarkos spoke up with a course of action that had to be taken. "The girl has to go back to her reality and try to find her counterpart to send her back to ours." He explained with an underlying urgency in his voice. "How do you propose we do that if we don't even know how this Captain Lyria ended up here in the first place?" Asked Fractureverse Naeus as he looked over at Lyria. "I suspect I know how, my Lord. Our Captain Lyria had been caught numerous times snooping around the pillager town. I suspect that she must have come across the Mirror of Reversion and after a few times of messing around with it she decided to step through to the other reality. It was an unfortunate coincidence that the Captain Lyria we have before us happened to be next to the mirror in her reality." Fractureverse Zarkos described his theory.

Something then clicked in Lyria's brain. "And she must have knocked me out when she came through and thought it was a good idea to send me to this reality." Lyria blurted out by accident. "How do you know she did that?" Inquired Fractureverse Zarkos after hearing what Lyria had said. "Oh um I blanked out and my head hurt after putting my hand up to the mirror and now that I think about it I remember something grabbing hold of my hand." She replied. Fractureverse Zarkos put his hand on his chin briefly. "Hmm...Then that's how you are to get back." He said. "That's not going to be easy. The Frostbourne have complete control of the portals and most of the Overworld. It'll be a very dangerous journey to try and restablish contact with our allies, the pillagers." Fractureverse Hogsworth pointed out. "Then perhaps you, Captain Lyria, would like to help us out." Fractureverse Naeus said in a rather serious manner.

Looking at the grandmaster, Lyria decided to ask just exactly what he meant by this, although it was obvious that he was implying that she joined the Nether Horde. "I know that we may not have the same values as our counterparts in your reality but in this one we do. We both believe in the same good and righteous core values do we not?" Fractureverse Naeus asked her. "I believe we do but I would still be a traitor if I was to join you." She replied quietly, unsure of the right answer. "But this is not your Frostbourne and I believe that if your Frostbourne met us then we would both rally against our evil foes who wish to bring destruction to our homes." He words having a huge impact on her because he was right and it would also be her only way home. After some rather awkward minutes of silence, Lyria reached her decision having had a chance to think about it a great deal. "I will join you." She said affirmatively.

"My Lord if you could spare me then Captain Lyria and I could travel to the pillager town as we would be harder to target as we can fly there." Fractureverse Kaia spoke up, having been listening the whole time. "Hmm perhaps but the Frostbourne still has the elytra corps." Fractureverse Naeus pointed out. "My Lord we may never have another chance. It'll be just the two of us so I will not be risking the lives of my troops. We will be far stealthier this way and we will fly above the clouds to conceal ourselves." She replied calmly as she gave him a few good arguments.

"Your kindness is admirable but it sometimes concerns me that you often throw yourself in danger for the lives of others.." Fractureverse Naeus explained expressing his views. "My duty is to those who cannot protect themselves, my Lord." Confidently announced Fractureverse Kaia. "That is what I feared but I respect your courage. I'll let you go but please be careful this time." He sighed, giving them permission to go. "When do we leave?" Lyria bust out all excited. "Calm down alright. We are not leaving until you are well enough and you certainly need a while to recover." Fractureverse Kaia said, chuckling a little at Lyria's enthusiasm. Lyria had a downcasted face but upon examining her condition again, she realised that Fractureverse Kaia was right. However she did smile as she looked forward to the day when she would be able to travel home.
