Azura sighed as she watched Fractureverse Lyria walk into her lab, who had chosen not to wear her elytra that day if she was to spend all day inside and so it would only get in her way when moving around the lab. She was deeply upset that Lyria was no longer her apprentice, however that did not mean that they would no longer work together and so Azura was able to keep her promise of spending the day with her. "Are those really end crystals?" Fractureverse Lyria asked with increased curiosity almost disbelieving that what Azura had said about having the crystals was really real. "Huh?" Azura said, completely confused by this question since Lyria knew that they had 2 crystals and that they had been locked up in her lab for safe keeping. "Um...I mean I didn't realise that we had 2." Lied Fractureverse Lyria. "Um...yeah...um we also have the second one to safeguard as well so I guess we have 2 we can experiment with." Replied Azura now unsure as to what Lyria knew or not.

Fractureverse Lyria thought for a moment. She had an ingenious plan. In this reality the Frostbourne had 2 crystals and in Fractureverse Lyria's opinion they were not too much of a threat so she could steal the powerful artifacts without much problem. This was something she could only dream of happening in her reality but in this one it was actually achievable. There was only one thing in her way and that was Azura. "Then why don't we steal them. We can have one each. We'll be the most powerful people in existence and we'll never have to worry about anything again." Suggested Fractureverse Lyria in an attempt to manipulate Azura into joining her and running away with the crystals. Azura was mortified by this. "We can't do that! It's our duty as a soldier to protect those who can't protect themselves and if we did that then the Frostbourne would be vulnerable." Azura cried in shock.

Azura clearly was not so easily persuaded so Fractureverse Lyria tried a new approach. "But what have we ever gained? We have only lost everything we have ever cared about. Besides, everyone hates you." She pointed out. "No they don't. They're just upset because I haven't been able to deal with your bad behaviour!" Azura snapped. Fractureverse Lyria only laughed at this. "I'm sorry but if you hadn't brought Rain back to life then we wouldn't be in this war in the first place." She exclaimed. "How can you say that? We were already at war with the undead." Azura tried to argue in her defence. "But you did make his life a misery. Everyone blames you for your poorly planned attack against the wither angels which only enraged them. You also got all our airships blown up cause you thought it was a good idea to load a wooden ship with tnt!" Fractureverse Lyria said accusingly.

Azura felt like she had let everyone down and that the position they were in now was only because of her. Perhaps if she had not interfered then none of this could have happened. Seeing just how downcast Azura was, Fractureverse Lyria stepped closer to her and stood over the chair she was sitting in. "We can move on if we take the crystals. We don't have to continue to suffer here." She said, trying to persuade Azura to come with her. Azura felt like a huge hole had torn her apart but no matter how dreadful she felt for her mistakes, she would not allow herself to be swayed by the potential power she could gain by taking the crystals. "No Lyria! That's wrong! We can't do that no matter what people think of us and no they're only cross with me because I can't cope with your outrageous behaviour!" Azura said firmly as she began to think logically rather than emotionally.

Realising that Azura was not going to be easily manipulated, Fractureverse Lyria picked up a glass bottle and in a rage, threw it at Azura. "And I was only acting out because it was the only way to get your attention!" Fractureverse Lyria yelled in anger, although this was a lie. Azura clutched her jaw with her hand where the glass had cut her as she started to cry. She could taste the metallic taste of blood in her mouth since the glass bottle had hit her so hard that it had moved one of her teeth slightly but it was enough for it to be extremely painful. The physical pain only symbolised the emotional pain of Fractureverse Lyria's harsh words.
