The boy's brown hair flowing in the wind as he runs like a maniac through the dark streetlamp lit streets of Jeju island. The only natural lighting being the full bright moon and the very little amount of stars shining above. Gyuvin looks everywhere for Hwamin, regretting his flustered idea he made last minute of running away from her.
"Shit, where is she?" His heavy breathing from the running takes over his speech. It's almost been a whole hour since he left her on her own, he was starting to get worried. What if something actually did happen to her? He asked Ricky and Jeonghyeon to notify him if she'd actually made it to the hotel while he was searching for her, but there was no update.
With his heart rate increasing after every turn he'd take, and seeing no sign of the girl, he'd grow more and more anxious. He pulled out his phone to call her but all he heard on the other side of the line was the phone buzzing "buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz... The person you are calling is currently unavalab-"
"C'mon Hwa, why aren't you picking up?"
He was about to give up as he'd been searching for over 20 minutes, but then he saw a familiar figure walking towards him.
"Hwa?" He runs and brings the girl into a tight embrace.
"Gyu? Are you okay? You look like you just saw a ghost or something."
"You're asking me if I'm, okay? I should be asking you that question. I called you so many times and you didn't pick up once."
"Sorry, I turned my phone off to save my battery just in case something happened."
"No, I should be the sorry one, I ran away from you knowing it's this late and in an unfamiliar place. I ran because I got nervous because of what I said..."
"Oh, that."
"Yeah..."
"Yes."
"Yes? Huh?"
"My reply. Yes. To what you said. You said you could be my boyfriend, and my reply is yes. Yes, you can be my boyfriend. I like you, Kim Gyuvin."
The boy just stands there in shock, he wasn't expecting her to say something like that so suddenly right after he was just panicking and thinking she got lost or kidnapped or something.
"Waittttt, so does this mean, uhm, we're dating??" That stupid question earned him a laugh from Hwa.
"Obviously you dumbass."
