☆ Homework day #2 : Hwamin following Gyuvin ★

Gyuvin pov

I walk up to Hwamin's house as per usual every morning, but this time she's actually outside there waiting for me for the first time. Usually, I'm out here waiting for her for 20+ minutes.

"Wow, you're out early today." I say to tease her a little bit. She furrows her eyebrows at me. She really does look like a chihuahua. But I do find chihuahuas cute. But certainly not cuter than my child eumpapa.

"Well, I didn't want you to just leave me."

Author pov

Both students arrive at school on time once again, but this time, during their walk they didn't bicker and insult each other as much as they did previously. The night before changed something in their attitudes to each other. Although those effects will most likely wear off very soon...

Hwamin pov

Gyuvin went off the bathroom just before so I'm waiting for him to come back in the classroom.

"So, about you and Gyuvin." Yeseo smirked.

"It's nothing. It was just a good hang out yesterday." I say in my defense.

"You seemed quite happy in the group chat though." Yeseo said with great suspicion.

"we've only known each other for less than two weeks. Slow your roll girly."

Gyuvin comes back into the classroom and sees Yeseo and Hwamin all giggly. They stop as soon as they see him come back. 'That was suspicious' he thought to himself.

"Hwa, let's go" He calls out to the girl.

"Coming!" She yells out to him and slightly jogging to catch up to him.

Gyuvin with his freakishly long legs walk really fast so Hwamin was trailing behind him.

"Quit lagging behind as always with your short legs." Gyuvin says to Hwamin.

"Would it kill you to go a little slower. It's not like anyone's chasing us."

"Ricky needs our help choosing some pictures for this competition thing."

"Ooooh, a competition?"

Both of them enter the club room where Ricky is stressing over what to enter for the entry round for the photography competition.

"So, what's this competition Gyu was telling about for?" Hwamin asked Ricky full of curiosity.

"It's a competition with photography clubs from other schools in Korea. The prizes are usually new equipment and things like that for our club, and since our school really doesn't give two shits about our club, we try really hard every year." The blonde guy explained. "The competition is still in the entry stage though, the first round basically, just for eligibility."

"We never win though. We've never even made it past the first round." Gyuvin says bitterly.

"Well, there's no harm in trying." Hwamin replies optimistically. "Is there like, a theme or anything we have to follow?"

"For the entry, no. But for the actual thing the theme changes every year. This year the theme is youth in the shade." (Zb1 album promotion sneak 😇)

"So basically, something that showcases youthful energy." Hwamin says.

"Yup." Ricky replies. "Although everyone interprets the theme differently, going with a basic answer is best."
