The siblings walked into the place and Odette looked around seeing the Narnian preparing for something. She looked around twirling around when she saw her cousins going through a tunnel. She followed them as she looked at the paintings when Edmund said, "Hey Odette! This one has you on it." Odette looked confused seeing her in a wedding looking dress with a person in front of her. "What is this place?" Caspian looked at the Pevensie siblings and said, "You don't know?" Odette also looked confused as Caspian grabbed a torch and they all followed him down through the tunnel. Caspian put the torch in some sort of liquid which led the fire around the room. Showing a broken table and a portrait of a lion looking regal as Odette walked down the stairs. She walked over to the portrait placing her hand on it but something had happened to her. She was getting flashes of the Narnians dying and an argument and many more.
Edmund ran over and said, "Are you ok?" Tears were falling on her face as she signed, "Something bad is gonna happen Ed. I just know it." They all looked at her as Lucy sat on the table and they all looked at the portrait of Aslan. Edmund got Odette some water as Caspian sat beside Odette as he just looked at her. Odette looked over at Caspian making them just sit in silence and stare at each other. Then all the Narnian's were brought in to have a conversation on what to do next.
"It's only a matter of time. Miraz's men and war machines are on their way. That means those same men aren't gonna be protecting the castle." Peter had spoken, making the Narnian's listen closely. "What are you talking about Peter?" Edmund had spoken out of Odette as Peter and Caspian both spoke up. "We need to get ready to/To start planning for..." Both Caspian and Peter looked at each other before Caspian let Peter go ahead. Peter then spoke up once again. "Our only hope is to strike them before they strike us." Making Caspian eyes grow in fear and say, "That's crazy. No one has ever taken the castle." Peter smirked and said, "There's always a first."
Odette then quickly signed, "Peter, if Caspian isn't comfortable we shouldn't do it. He knows that castle better than anyone here." Edmund quickly translated, making Caspian smile at her as Trumpkin looked over and said, "We'll have the element of surprise." But Caspian quickly defended what he said earlier, "We have an advantage here." Susan then spoke up and said, "If we dig in, we could probably hold them off indefinitely." Odette walked up to Caspian grabbing his arm for comfort as he looked down at her. Peter did not like what his cousin and sister were saying. Then Trufflehunter spoke, defending the Queen, prince, and Lady of Narnia, "I, for one, feel safer underground."
Peter was still annoyed looking at Caspian and said, "Look. I appreciate what you've done here. But this isn't a fortress. It's a tomb." Odette then said, "We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Caspian. He knows what he is talking about. You were a great king back in the time you were here. But you need to let him do what he knows best. He is the true king of the Telmarines." After Edmund spoke for Odette he spoke for himself which led to many agreements.
Then Lucy spoke, "That's what I'm worried about." Peter looked at Lucy confused and irritated as he said, "Sorry?" Lucy then again spoke up. "You're all acting like there's only two options. Dying here or dying there." Peter then said, "I'm not sure you've been listening." That's when Odette was tired of Edmund having to translate for her so she grabbed her notebook and said, "No, you're not listening. Let Lucy speak so you understand." Lucy gave a thankful smile and said, "Have you forgotten who really defeated the White Witch, Peter?" Odette shook her head as Peter looked at his cousin for help. Odette just walked off with Caspian following her to see if she was okay.
