Lucy and Odette stood on the sand as Miraz's men. They started going through the water when Aslan walked between the girls and roared. The water spirit came to life taking over Miraz's men. The 4 came over making Odette smile and they all got on one knee and Aslan said, "Rise, kings and queens of Narnia." But Caspian didn't rise and Aslan said, "All of you." But Caspian was hesitant and said, "I do not think I am ready." Aslan chuckled and with a proud voice he said, "It‟s for that very reason I know that you are." Reepicheep's army came over with Reepicheep hurt, making Odette sad as Lucy walked over with her cordial putting in Reepicheep's mouth making him awake. "Oh, thank you, Your Majesty..." Then he realized that Aslan was behind him and quickly bowed,

"Oh, hail Aslan! It is a great honor to be—" But he realized he was missing a tail and looked over at Lucy and said, "I am completely out of countenance. I must crave your indulgence for appearing in this unseemly fashion. Perhaps a drop more?" Lucy looked guilty, "I don‟t think it does that."

But Reepicheep was persistent when Aslan said, "It becomes you well, Small One." Reepicheep became a stuttering mess, "All the same, great king, I regret that I must withdraw. For a tail is the honor and glory of a mouse." Making Aslan chuckle and say, "Perhaps you think too much of your honor, friend." This made Reepicheep reuse his words in a better, more regal way. "Well, it‟s not just the honor. It‟s also great for balance... and climbing... and grabbing things." Then his friend Preepiceek said,

"May it please your high Majesty, we will not bear the shame of wearing an honor denied to our chief." This made Odette smile as Aslan said, "Not for your honor, but for the love of your people..." Reepicheep's tail grew back, making him thank Aslan countless times.

Aslan looked back at Odette and said, "I believe that something should belong to you my dear." Making her confused and Aslan breathed on her. She felt nothing and so she sighed but a noise came out of her. She seemed confused and said, "Did I just sigh? Did I just talk!" She laughed, making her cousins run over to her, giving her the biggest hug. Caspian then walked over to her giving her a hug as she smiled and said, "I can't believe this. It's like a dream." Caspian smiled and said, "Your voice sounds like an angel Odette." Tears fell from her face when Aslan said, "Now, where is this dear little friend you‟ve told me so much about?" Making Odette giggle and Lucy said, "Do you see him now?"
