Oh my god. So if you didn't know last night in Charleston, South Carolina there was a supposed racially motivated shooting at an African American church by a white gunman. 9 people have died. It's horrible that shit like this still happens. I thought Amercia was past mass shooting at churches, like apparently not. Then again South Carolina got tons of issues with racism. They were the first to secede from the Union to form the Confederate States and ever since they have been threatening to leave the Union again along with Texas and a few others, which they technically cannot do but whatever. I'm here like, "Go! Stop being bad apples or leave! Go be your own little country. I don't care. USA got enough issues with racism with don't need states that are constantly doing bullshit." Please because those states have a history of racism, sexism, etc. South Carolina rejected the 19th amendment, right for vote. They also struggled with the Civil Rights Movement. They have a history of displaying the Confederate flag. Actually the flag was raised next to their state Capitol building until 2000.  The NAACP boycotts South Carolina and NCAA doesn't allow for them to host shit. I wouldn't be surprised if that they say that the guy who shot up the church has a mental disorder. Now I ain't saying that this shouldn't be taken into account or that we should ignore mental illnesses but I'm tired of seeing that every time a white person shoots up a place or kills someone, the first that gets said is that they have a mental disorder and that should prevent him/her from being charged. But while if a black person or Latino kills someone it is assumed that they are a thug. Ok. This dude might not even get jail time, depends on how good his lawyer is. I bet there are genuinely nice people in SC but I don't know. Hopefully in the future, America can move closer and closer to get away from the views of racism but lately we have been getting thrown back into the past.  I pray for the families that were affected and that justice is served. These people deserve justice. #BlackLivesMatter
