This message has been written to inform you that the army personnel you were liable for was killed in action on 7th July 2010. The personal items belonging to Sgt Philip Lester were collected and will be dispatched to the address provided in his registration as soon as the opportunity becomes available. There will be a mass burial on 11th March 2011 to honour the deceased from Troop 33 once all bodies have been collected and correctly identified. We encourage you to attend and find closure among other families. Any mail items sent to Sgt Philip Lester post his death will not be returned as they did not reach him and were not included in his personal trunk. However, any mail items sent from any member of Troop 33 are still open to arrival. Articles of clothing are likely to arrive before handwritten letters as they do not need to be studied for possible location or action plan revelations.
