Clawdeen: Drac, why are we doing this?
Draculaura led Clawdeen to her bed and laid her down
Draculaura: to get these nightmares under control, they are getting out of hand
Clawdeen: it's not a big deal, besides I've got Casketball practice, Fear-leading practice, studying and I want to hang out with you and Frankie...
Draculaura: sorry, but until you stop waking up screaming, you should take some naps
Clawdeen gave Draculaura some puppy eyes since she learned it from Howleen and Barkimedes. Draculaura quickly closed her eyes and turned her head away
Draculaura: you think puppy eyes will break me?
Clawdeen pulled the vampire's face toward her making Draculaura open her eyes again and stared at her puppy eyes
Clawdeen: come on, you know you can't resist!
Draculaura had to admit it was cute what Clawdeen was doing
Draculaura: must resist! *turns head* I won't give in!
Clawdeen tried pulling her head back but the vampire pulled back
Draculaura: Enough Deen! you still have a broken arm, go to sleep! I'll stay with you until then
Clawdeen: *groan* Fine!
Clawdeen set her glasses on her nightstand and closed her eyes, she felt Draculaura stroke her head, a small smile appeared on the hybrid's face. soon Clawdeen fell asleep, Draculaura smiled at her and got up and went to her bed, she sat down and began online shopping on Zbay (that's the monster version of Ebay). Count Fabulous snuggled in her lap, she petted him and gave him a kiss, she went back to her Icoffin and added about 2(million) things on her cart and paid for it using her Credit Card. she set her Icoffin down and looked at Clawdeen
Draculaura: Clawdeen?
she noticed Clawdeen whimpering while tossing and turning, she quickly got up and went to shake Clawdeen
Draculaura: Clawdeen! Deen! Wake Up Your Having A Nightmare!
she continued to shake Clawdeen, finally Clawdeen woke up panting
Draculaura: Whoa! slow down, it's okay.. it's all okay, take deep breaths
Clawdeen looked at Draculaura and backed up in fear
Draculaura: Deen? it's me, I'm not going to hurt you
Clawdeen took a deep breath
Clawdeen: sorry, just a nightmare...
Draculaura: Clawdeen, talk to me
Clawdeen: nah, you have.. other things to worry about
she motioned to under Draculaura's bed. the vampire blushed
Draculaura: you know what I keep under there?
Clawdeen: yeah, you never check if me and Frankie are really sleeping when you pull it out
Draculaura face-palmed before sighing and said
Draculaura: go do what you want, I don't mind, naps are clearly not working...
Clawdeen gave Draculaura a sad look and hugged her tightly
Clawdeen: no, they will work, it wont just take one nap, besides I need sleep.. just promise you will stay?
Draculaura held Clawdeen's paws
Draculaura: of course...
Clawdeen smiled and laid down and fell back asleep
Draculaura: ... little sister...
Draculaura went back to her bed and pulled out Clawd's picture from under it, she kissed it and set it on her nightstand and smiled at it
Draculaura: I love you Clawd.. I wonder if I can call him?
she picked up her Icoffin and dialed Clawd's number, he picked up
Clawd: *over phone* hello?
Draculaura: Clawd! Hi!
Clawd: *over phone* Draculaura! I've Missed Your Voice!
Draculaura: Same! so how's the trip?
Clawd: *over phone* okay I guess.. it's not the same without Clawdeen, it's.. weird for me to sleep without her. how is she by the way?
Draculaura: well at first she would stay in the dorm and cry, it took 3 days before I convinced her to come out and we had fun that night. her nightmares have gotten worse, she won't tell us what they are about, sometimes it feels like she doesn't trust us
Clawd: *over phone* she does trust you guys, I swear every time when we hanged out, she always talks about you guys
Draculaura: really?
Clawd: *over phone* I wouldn't lie to you
Draculaura found herself chuckling
Draculaura: you know, whenever I'm with her or Frankie, I feel weird
Clawd: *over phone* like what?
Draculaura: like.. protective.. like if somebody bullies them or hurts them, I would go feral, I want to be there when they are sad or mad... is this normal
she heard Clawd laugh over the phone, she raises an eyebrow
Draculaura: what's so funny?
Clawd: *over phone* I'm Sorry! it's just that.. your getting your motherly instincts
Draculaura: My What!?
Clawd: *over phone* dad said if we love someone, that be a sibling or a close friend, we get out parental instincts like a parent does with their kids, it's completely normal, it just proves you care about Clawdeen and Frankie.
Draculaura: do you get fatherly instincts?
Clawd: *over phone* only with Clawdeen and sometimes with you
Draculaura blushed, she was thankful Clawd couldn't see her like that
Draculaura: that's really sweet of you
Clawd: *over phone* your welcome, listen I have to go to bed early, I have a big day tomorrow
Draculaura: okay get some rest, I love you
she hung up before she could fix her mistake. her face turned red as she began silently panicking, when her phone buzzed, Clawd texted her, it read " I love you to, get some rest, you sounded tired ". she smiled at it and yawned, she was tired from her night of Fear-Leading, studying, and homework, she was feeling more dead than usual.
MEANWHILE
Clawd stared at his phone with a smile on his face, he looked at his nightstand in the hotel room and saw a picture of Draculaura, his smile grew as he put his Icoffin on the nightstand and laid down and fell asleep, the smile never left his face
BACK AT MONSTER HIGH
Draculaura could barely keep her eyes open but looked at Clawdeen and felt her motherly instincts kick in as she managed to walk over to Clawdeen and give her a kiss on her head
*GASP*
Frankie had walked into the dorm and saw, Draculaura gulped
Draculaura: oh caskets!
