Clawd was walking outside bored out of his mind, he sat on the ground and began looking at his Icoffin wondering if he could call Draculaura. he dialed her number

Draculaura: *over phone* hello?

Clawd: hey

Draculaura: *over phone* Hey Clawd! why are you calling?

Clawd: I just missed your voice is all

Draculaura: *over phone* *laugh* that's cute! anyway it's been like what... 2 weeks since you last called? and I thought you liked me

Clawd: I Do Like You! a lot... I've just been busy meeting new people who, by the way are creepy!

Draculaura: *over phone* really? how so?

Clawd: they give me these creepy smiles and at night they have their own meetings without mom and dad

Draculaura: *over phone* well at least your coming home in 2 weeks

Clawd: yeah... I guess...

Draculaura: *over phone* i'm so sorry Clawd, I have to go. I have Biteology and you know Mr. Mothmanson hates it when we are late

Clawd: I understand.... give Clawdeen a bear hug for me

Draculaura: *over phone* *chuckle* I do that already, but I'll make it even tighter

Clawd: She Better Be Alive When I Come Back! have some self control woman

Draculaura did a playful gasp of insult

Draculaura: *over phone* Your Lucky I Can't Reach Through This Icoffin To Strangle You!

Clawd: yeah, yeah bye!

he quickly hung up and laughed, he checked the time, only 12:23 he woke up 3 hours ago way too early to go back to the hotel, he sighed and looked around wishing he could still talk to Dracualura. he noticed his father walking to him

Apollo: Clawd!

Clawd: hey dad! aren't you supposed to be with mom?

Apollo: well since all the monsters were trying to eat me, she sent me here.

Clawd: oh okay... so what do you want to do? father son bonding?

Apollo: you know I want to take a quick shower, but after I want to show you something

Clawd: okay Papi

the two walked back into the hotel and Clawd once again felt monsters staring at him, they went to the room and Apollo walked to the bathroom while Clawd was on his Laptop finishing some homework Clawdeen sent him. about 20 minutes later Apollo walked out still drying his hair, Clawd finished up his work and shut his Laptop and he turned to his father

Clawd: hey dad you ready to show me

Apollo: yes, follow me

Clawd got up and followed his father to his bed and he knelt down and pulled out a guitar from under his bed

Clawd: Whoa! How Didn't I See You Bring That? you play guitar?

Apollo: yes I do, I've been teaching Clawdeen lately and she's been getting good. believe it or not, I was once in a band with my old friend Trevor, he well... when I met your mom he didn't believe me and I left him. I still remember when Clawdeen was younger and I played guitar for her

he smiled at those memories as he grabbed his pick and began playing eternity on the guitar. Clawd was amazed at how good his father was at guitar, how is it that he's been here for 2 months and he never knew this? Clawd sat on the bed next to his father as he continued playing. the hybrid's eyes closed as he took in the music's peaceful tone. Apollo also had his eyes closed as he played the music, it's been years since he last played the guitar and he was playing it like he took a day off it. he knew not everyone could learn guitar, it was like he was gifted knowing it, soon he stopped as the music finished. he looked at his son who had a huge smile of amazment on his face still, he opened his eyes and stared back at his father in awe

Clawd: that was Clawsome Dad!

Apollo chuckled nervously and rubbed the back of his neck

Apollo: I guess it's pretty cool, just wait until we return home and Clawdeen plays it, she'll blow your mind all over again

Clawd: you know mom wants me to do piano

Apollo: your mom plays piano, I remember before we had Clawdeen she and I would play side by side all the time, I could teach you guitar to if you want

Clawd: no thanks, I think piano's enough for me... could you play it again?

Apollo smiled at his son and began playing the song again, and that's what the two did for the next few hours, play music, talk and play music again. that day Clawd felt safer knowing he was with his father, he smiled at him and rested his head on his shoulder and Apollo rested his head on Clawd's, and they just sat there listening to the music and letting it relax them.
