"This beef is simply delicious. I'm so happy that you share the same taste of your father for foreign cuisine" Charn remarked as he enjoyed the soft texture of the meat. The thing he loved the most of that meal though, was the angry expression of Thee, but he knew that he could get even more than that.

"Thee, you can hardly do more than that to emphasize that I'm not welcome in this house" Charn added while he put another piece of meat in his mouth, smiling innocently at his prey.

"Who would have said that" Thee responded sarcastically.

"There is no need to use that tone with me, Thee. You should only be thankful for what I've done all this time. If it wasn't for me, you would be dead and your dear partner would be in an asylum dealing with the traumas left by his beloved daddy" Charn added.

"You didn't join us just to compliment the skills of my servants. So, what is it?" Thanthai asked. He grabbed his boyfriend's hand firmly and did his best to stay calm while Charn took another bite, enjoying every moment of pleasure caused by that delicate flavor before giving an answer.

"Kim's case is closed. Well... not officially, but you know that I have the means necessary to know in advance what will happen in court"

"Yes, my father knew it very well. So? I don't see why I should be interested in your client's life"

"Oh, quite the opposite. I'm not an enemy, Thanthai, I'm a friend. A worried friend. Since I'm so worried, I would like to know what links your father's party to Kimhan's family"

"There is nothing to say about that" Thee intervened.

"I'm not talking to you" Charn interrupted resolutely, then he turned back to Thanthai and looked at him dead in the eyes. Thanthai gulped and looked away, then he whispered Thee to go away, but his boyfriend didn't understand, so he asked him to repeat that again.

"I said leave us alone! I can handle this on my own..." Thanthai repeated. Thee stood up and he patted his partner's shoulder before leaving the dining room with a bad feeling in his heart.

"So, what do you know?"

"Do you know how your client's business works?"

"I don't like being too picky with my clients when they can kill me... I would say that I learned my lesson with your father, but I'm still a very curious guy, so why don't you tell me what you already know?" Charn asked with a mischievous grin. Thanthai took a deep breath, Thee was on the other side of the door, listening to every word.

"I must tell you that I can't say for sure that this is the truth, this is just what my father told me when he was still alive..."

"Even if it is all fake, I still have time for an entertaining story. Go on, I'm listening"
