Anastasia's POV:
I woke up to a call from Shawn. "Hello?" I asked tired. "Hey Anastasia are you up?" Shawn asked in a cheerful voice. "No Shawn I'm talking in my sleep." I said sarcastically. "Oh haha, but Anastasia do you mind if we have a slight change of plans?" Shawn asked quietly. "What did you have in mind?" I asked confused. "How about at 12 you come over and so will some people from school that you haven't met yet and we all go swimming. Oh and don't worry everyone is super chill and laidback." Shawn said reassuring me. "Yeah sure what time is it?" I asked rubbing my eyes. "11:30." "Alright I'll be over a tad early okay?" I asked making sure if it's alright. "Yeah that's fine Brian and Ian already spent the night so they are here." Shawn laughed. "Alright see you soon!" I shouted. "Okay see you soon Anastasia." Shawn said hanging up.
I changed into a black bombshell bikini that I bought at Victoria's Secret. Over my bikini I wore high waisted blue jean shorts and and Arctic Monkeys t-shirt. I grabbed a bag with sun tan, lotion a towel and my charger. I slid on my flip flops and went down stairs. "Good morning honey." My mom said kissing the top of my forehead. "Hey mom." I replied with a smile. "I'm gonna be at Shawn's house all day with some friends." I said walking to the door. "Okay honey have fun!" My mom yelled as I was leaving the house. I walked over to Shawn's house and knocked on the door. A tall ginger opened the door. "Hey I'm Brian" the guy said smiling. "Hey I'm Anastasia." I smiled back. "SHAWNY POO YOU'ER LITTLE GIRL FRIEND IS HERE!" Brian yelled to Shawn. I hear a faint "SHUT UP BRIAN" from Shawn. Brian laughed. "Hey come outside and meet everyone." Brian said leading me into the back yard. "You guys! This is Anastasia." Brian announced. "Hey!" Everyone yelled. I was walking over to put my stuff down and I felt a pair of strong arms hug me. I turn around and it's Shawn. "Hey!" I shout happy to see him. I hug him for a while. We break the hug and Shawn takes off his shirt. And woah. Holy abs. He had a perfect body. "Woah." I whispered to myself but Shawn heard. "You like." He said with a grin. "Shut up Mendes" I laughed. I take off my shirt and shorts and walk to the pool. I noticed that there were a couple of girls there. I laid down on a pool couch and tanned. "Anastasia!" A girl yelled. "Yeah?!" I yelled back. "Come in the pool!" The girl said. "Wait hold on who is talking to me right now?" I asked sitting up. "It's Leah!" She yelled I stood up and jumped in the pool.
Leah swam over to me and yelled "EVERYONE GET IN THE POOL!" Everyone got into the pool, creating a huge splash. Leah and I laughed. "Laur come over here!" Leah said calling Laur to the other side of the pool. She swam over and stood next to me. "Hey I'm Laur." She said with a bright smile. "Anastasia." I smiled back. "Are you spending the night later?" Laur asked. "I don't know I mean I could, I just live next door and I'll just shoot my mom a text saying I'm spending the night." I explained to her. "Alright awesome!" She smiled. "Leah why did you call everyone into the pool?" Ian asked. "We are gonna play a game." She said with confidence. "What game?" I asked. "We are going to play Marco Polo." "How we are gonna pick who is it is everyone is going under water for as long as they can, but the first one to come above water first is it." Leah said swimming to the ledge to push herself underneath. "3,2,1 go!" I counted. After about ten seconds I heard people coming above water, but I stayed under. After about a minute I came up and I was the last one. "How did you do that?" Brian panted. "She sings she probably has the lung capacity to do it" Shawn stated. "WHAT ANASTASIA YOU HAVE TO SING FOR US!" Everyone yelled. "I will later I'm spending the night." I laughed. "YES!" Everyone yelled. I smiled. "Okay who was the first one up?" I asked "Laur" everyone said "Okay count to 10 underwater" I said pointing to the water. Once she went under water I ran for the latter. I stood with my feet in the water but my body out. (a/n: btw I do this every time I I play and I never lose lol) "fish out of water!" Laur yelled. She opened her eyes "ha! I got Anastasia!" She yelled. "No you didn't technically I'm still in the water." I smirked pointing to my feet. "Ha!" I laughed and I put my left fist in the air. Everyone stopped talking and became serious.
"What's wrong you guys?" I asked confused.
"Anastasia...." Shawn said with tears in his eyes. "What?" I asked. Oh. My. God.
They all were looking at my cuts.....
