(Fast forward to Friday)
Anastasia's POV:
This morning I woke up happy. With a smile on my face, I hopped out of bed and started to get ready. I played a playlist of Grouplove and Ed Sheeran. I wore a bold, smoky eye for my eye makeup and I wore the dark lipstick that I bought last night with Shawn.
I danced over to my closet and pulled out a pair of black skinny jeans, a white shirt, a leather jacket, and a pair of black combat boots. I straightened my hair and walked down stairs.
I grabbed an apple while waiting for Shawn to get here. My phone started to ring, it was Shawn. I didn't even pick up the phone. I ran outside to see Shawn leaning up against his jeep wear his leather jacket. "Good morning sunshine" Shawn said grabbing me by the waist and pulling me closer to him. "Well good morning to you too." I smirked at him. Shawn leaned down and kissed my lips. This kiss was more passionate than any other kiss.
We pulled apart and I was in a bit of shock. "What?" Shawn laughed. "What was that for?" I asked giggling. "Nothing. I just love you." Shawn said smiling down at me. I smiled back up at him. I got out of his grip and jumped into his jeep.
We eventually got to school. Shawn parked and stopped for a moment. "You ready?" I asked with a huff. "Yeah. Be safe today okay?" Shawn said grabbing my hand and kissing my knuckles. "You to. If Laur and I cross paths, I'm not holding back Shawn." I said holding his hand tight. "Okay. I love you." Shawn said looking into my eyes. "I love you too." I said kissing his cheek.
We both got out of the car and walked into school hand and hand. We walked to first period biology and sat in the back with Brian, Ian, and Leah. "Hey guys." I said hugging Leah. "Hey cute outfit you look amazing." Leah said looking at my outfit. "Thank you." I said smiling. "So guys, what's going on with you, and um Laur." Brian asked. "She sent Matt to beat me up Monday." I said blankly.
Everyone stayed quiet. "But today, if she comes for me I'm gonna beat her ass." I said coldly. Everyone looked up at me smiling. "Really?" Leah asked. I nodded my head. "Finally! someone has to." Leah said causing everyone to laugh. "And I'm gonna beat Matt. Because he did this to her." Shawn added.
The bell rang and we all took our seats. Mr.Evans came into the room and wrote the opener on the board. I saw Laur in her seat. I texted Shawn saying I'll be back.
I raised my hand to use the bathroom. "Ms. Smith, question?" Mr. Evans asked. "May I use the bathroom?" I asked. "Sure, but be quick." Mr.Evans replied. I walked out of the classroom and headed to the washrooms. I got a text from Shawn.

I walked into the bathroom and stayed by the mirrors. I heard the door open and shortly saw Laur. "Hello Laur." I said coldly. "Hey Anastasia. Fancy seeing you here." She snickered. "So now you're following me?" I asked crossing my arms. "Anastasia, I would back off from Shawn, unless you wanna get your ass beat again." Laur said trying to scare me. I laughed. "You're funny. You're gonna send another one of your minions to come and try to "beat me"" I asked with air quotations.
"Anastasia, you don't wanna mess with me." Laur said rolling her eyes. "Oh really, try me." I replied cracking my neck. Laur started walking closer to me. "Come again?" "Try me." Laur swung her left arm, but I caught her fist. It didn't hurt at all. "Wow you punch weak." I said squeezing her fist to the point where I heard he bones crunching. She stared to grunt out of pain and frustration.
I took my right fist and punched her straight in the nose. She fell on her back, holding her nose in pain. I towered over her body. "Get up." I spat. "Get up!" I yelled. She got up and tried to throw another punch. I ducked, making her stubble into the wall. She turned around quickly and finally punched me in the face. It barely hurt. "Learn how to punch." I said before I threw one last punch into her mouth.
I left Laur in the bathroom and started walking back to class. I grabbed my phone and started to text Shawn.

S: yeah, let me grab my stuff and after this period we can leave.
A: okay I'll be at your jeep.
S: okay see you soon love.

Ten minutes later I see Shawn walking out of school. Shawn hopped in the drivers seat and the first thing he did was check me for bruises or any bleeding. "Did she hurt you?" Shawn asked frantic. "Shawn. Calm down." I said grabbing his hands and rubbing circles on his knuckles. "I'm fine, I beat her." I said looking down at his knuckles. "But your knuckles, they are all bloody and bruised." "I know Shawn. But I'm gonna be fine." I said looking at him with sad eyes. "Let's go home okay? It's Friday and tomorrow is the ball, and it's gonna be great." Shawn said smiling. "You're right." I said smiling at him. "I love you. So much. Never forget that." Shawn said cupping my cheek. "I love you too." I said kissing him. Whenever I was with him, I felt protected and loved.
He makes me feel wanted.
