I was utterly speechless as to how to deal with the situation at hand. I didn't know how Luke would react but I hope it wasnt at all like what had happened in my dream or vision....whatever it was. I mean, I'm still confused to what's reality and what's not. I sighed to myself and looked up at his face. His jaw was shut tight and he was glaring at the phone. I opened my mouth to try and say something but nothing came out so I just closed it and waited.
For some reason my legs started moving me backwards, producing a length of distance between me and Luke. I was slightly scared of how he was going to react, with him being protective. He might just shift into his inner wolf.
I opened my mouth to actually say something this time, " Luke?" was all I could muster up. I now had my back up against the wall, with my hands resting on my lower back, palms up. He didn't look up right away but when he did, his eyes were blue not green. I gasped aloud as I recalled something similar happening in my dream. I looked to my right and saw the handle to the bathroom door. I looked back at Luke who was looking at me with stranger eyes. I am not going to let this happen to me again, being it real or not.
"Luke, is that you?" I asked as I slowly moved closer to the door, still not in much reach of the handle.
" yeah?" he said with a slightly questionable attitude in his tone. That was new. I noticed how his jaw was clenching and unclenching, and how his facial features were sharp and tense. He definitely was mad. Okay, I'll be safe once I'm in the bathroom. You know, I'm really starting to question my sanity.
I slowly took a step closer to the bathroom, one more step and I could make my move. I breathed in slowly and exhaled.
"Ronnie are you okay?" he asked, taking a step closer. I flinched, hitting my shoulder on the blue colored wall behind me. He stepped back, and furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.
"What did I do? It's just me.." he trailed off. I'm sorry Luke but at the moment I can't believe you because well, I just might actually be going insane, I mentally responded. I looked at the door handle and looked back at Luke. He saw me do this and raised an eyebrow.
"and why do you keep looking at the door?"
"because it's my safety!" I sprung for the door as he started for me and locked it behind me and slid down onto the tiles.
"Ronnie what the hell! Open the door now!" he banged up against it and fear filled me. I heard a growl erupt from him. I looked around for a hiding place and I found two options. The bathtub or the sink cabinets. Well the bathtub would be too obvious and the cabinets under the sink are closer to the window which would give me a clean escape if it was needed. So that being said, I crawled over to the cabinets threw all if the junk that was in them into the bathtub and climbed in.
"Ronnie, if you dont open this door I swear!!! Who the hell was that on the phone? the little fucker, do you know him?Why was he saying those things?!" I didnt dare answer.
"I will bust this door down!!!! 1" he started counting. "2" I have to say something. As he started to say three I spoke.
"your eyes are blue!" there was silence, so I continued" In my dream, when you were trying to kill me, Your eyes had turned blue, I don't know what to believe anymore, I'm scared!"
"Ronnie please dont hide from me. open the door?" he had stopped banging and softened his tone. Thats when it happened. My chest welled up and I felt anger and emotions that weren't even mine. I knew what was happening even though I actually didn't. I was feeling all of Lukes emotions. You know that feeling you get in your chest when you're about to cry? It all wells up and your nose sometimes tingles and burns? Mix that with pain times two and you have luke.
