"Who dat!!!!" I yelled jumping off of the ground in a frenzy.
"Whoa there tiger, its just me" rain said laughing her big belly laugh. I laughed with her, realizing how stupid I must have looked. Gosh I can be such an idiot sometimes. I guess I was so into my thoughts that I didnt see her..
" sorry for the scare, but you need to stop that zoning out thing. Your face is so creepy when you're in lalaland..". I scoffed.
" It's not as scary as your snoring. If a robber tried to rob the house in the middle of the night and heard your roaring snore he would shat himself and probably think it was a lion. " I smiled and pushed her up the stairs, " come on Rain, go get changed we have to get ready for school."
" but, I really dont want to. Can't i just stay home and be "sick" or something?" she begged. Oh come on, staying here whilefathers home, ah hell no! uh-uh i dont think so..
" Ok if you want to. But just remember, I'm not gonna be here to save you this time if dad decides to go on another one of his fiesty frenzies!" I walked into my room, and picked out a pair of plaid converse. I'm so happy! I inally got a new pair of sneaks! My other ones had so many holes in them you could have played a game of freaking golf!
" oh and ronnie" I turned around seeing for the first time that Rain had followed me into my room. "hmmmm" I mused. I feel like I'm forgetting something..... Oh Yeah socks!I need some socks.
" I just wanted to say" she scratched the back of her neck. " er, thanks for saving me, you honestly didnt have to do that" she smiled and her cheeks turned a light shade of pink.
" Girl please, you're my sister, and sisters stick together no matter what the heck happens. It was no biggy." I ruffled her hair. She giggled. I really don't get why no guy has asked her out yet, I mean seriously she has the looks, the curves, the smile, personality, etc.. you name it!
Then it hit me. I am a genius!
Rain saw the mischievous smile form on my face. A confused and worried expression took place on her face. Ooooooo this is gonna be fun!
" Oh Raiiiiinnnn" I said in a sing- song voice and sat on the bed next to her. I folded my hands together on my lap and looked at her.
" Oh no, I know that face. Thats the face that means you have a plan. oh jeez. What are you up to this time?" honestly why is she so worried? Its not like I'm gonna strip her and make her go to school in her birthday suit.... Although that would be a funny sight to see.
" you really shouldnt worry about it, it's not anything baaad, it's actually for a good cause. You're gonna thank me one day." Isaid matter- of- factly.
" I'm in the plan? No, Uh- uh i refuse." she looked straight ahead stubbornly.
" but you haven't even heard my brilliant idea yet! You can't just say no and not hear me out."
