It's been some time since we got Optimus back to life and since I'm in the army, but today I'm going back home for a month. The work in the military is great; I just love working with the autobots and Bee. But I really missed Sam since I didn't talk to him over a year, so I'm going to visit him and Mikaela Today.

It was early in the morning when I arrived at Sam's house. My parents gave me the address and told me they were going to visit us later too. Bee couldn't come today, so I took another car the army gave me for the month. Bee wasn't happy about it he even called it cheating or something, but Optimus told him to let me go home already. When I arrived, I parked my car at the edge of the road and got out. I looked around until I found Sam's house and went up to it. I rang the bell once and waited until the door was opened, and I saw Sam. "Hey Sam," I said, smiling, and I hugged him. "Y/n? What are you doing here?" He asked with a smile on his face. "I came to visit you, of course. How are you?" I asked him walking past him and entering his house. "I'm doing good, how about you?" "I'm great," I said, smiling.

When we reached the living room, I looked around in his house. "Woah, your home looks great." I told him. "Thanks." He just responded, "How is Mikaela doing?" I asked him. Suddenly, he looked a little uncomfortable. "Y/n, I have to tell you someth-" "Sam?" I heard a girly voice. When I turned around, there was a blond girl standing with a bunny in her hand. "Who are you?" She asked me, "The question is, who are you?" I asked her. "I'm his girlfriend." She said. I turned around and looked at Sam in disbelief. "Is that true?" "Yes." He said looking to the ground. "Sam? Who is this?" She asked him now. "That is my sister." He told her

She looked me up and down and then reached her hand out for me to shake it. "Nice to meet you." She said, obviously with a fake smile. I turned around, took my bag, and walked past Sam and his new girlfriend without shaking her hand. "Y/n! Wait!" I heard Sam behind me, but I kept walking until I felt him grabbing my arm. "Y/n!" "How long?" I asked him. "How long have you had a new girlfriend without telling me?" "A few months." He told me. "Now it all makes sense. Why you never called and why Mikaela blocked me. I thought she was mad at me or something. Why didn't you tell me?" I asked him. "I was busy and thought it was none of your business." He told me with a distracted voice. "Of course it's my business, Sam, and you're my brother, and she was my best friend. But now I can see how busy you were." I said looking back to the house. "Y/n, stay here, please, let's talk-" "No, Sam, I'm going home. I will visit you another day when your new girlfriend isn't home." I said walking to my car and drove to the apartment i'm staying in.

It's been a few days since I last saw Sam, but I just stayed near my apartment and enjoyed the free time. It was evening, and I was watching a series while eating some snacks when the doorbell rang. When I opened the door, I saw Sam and I immediately stopped smiling, remembering how our last talk ended. "You need to come with us." Sam said pulling my arm. "Sam, what is going on? I asked him while he tried to drag me away from my house. "We need to go to the Autobots." He said. "Sam, let me get a few things and tell me on the way what happened." I said and went into the apartment. When I went up to the car, I could already see his new girlfriend, and my mood got even worse. I went to the backseat and asked what happened. "A decepticon attacked me at work." He told me the whole story.

When we arrived at the military base, we were immediately stopped by the security. "We got an emergency. You gotta get Colonel Lennox out here." "Easy, sir. This is Health and human Services." They started arguing. After some time and Sam screaming, I had enough and got out of the car, up to a security. "My name is Y/n Witwickey, a soldier under the command of Colonel Lennox." I said getting my ID out, and he scanned it. "Welcome back, soldier." He said opening the door. When I turned around, I saw Sam was in a huge mess now. And he started to scream for Bee to come out. After a few seconds, I heard a car engine and saw Bee jumping over the fence. He made some moves with his hands, and the solider let Sam and Carly go. "Hey Bee." I said, and he turned to me. When he saw me, his eyes filled with happyness, and he came over to me, taking me in his hand and putting his forehead against mine. "Good to see you." He said and I had to smile in happyness. "It's good to see you too, I missed you."
