(LUKA'S POV)

I had never been to Alya's for a sleepover. Actually, I hadn't really had a sleepover with anyone but Y/N in years– but for some reason, I was going to one tonight. Alya texted me, asking if I wanted to– and I quote– "sleep over and hang out with the gang". She never really clarified who the gang was. I did hear from Adrien that he was going though, so I caved and agreed. What could go wrong?

Juleka and I arrived at Alya's only a few minutes late, but we were the last ones there. I quickly took inventory of everyone else there: Alya (duh), Rose, Nino, Ivan, Adrien, and... Y/N. As soon as I saw her, I quickly averted my gaze. No harm, no foul– right?

"Finally, the Couffaines have arrived!" Alya teased us for being last to arrive.

"We were only like 8 minutes late." I shrugged, slipping off my boots and joining the rest of the group. "What did we miss?"

"Not much. We've just been waiting to start eating." Nino cocked his head to the side as Alya grabbed two pizza boxes out of the oven where they were keeping warm.

"Good thing I'm here, then." I sat down at the table with most everybody else. There were two more people than there were chairs though, so Y/N and Adrien sat atop the kitchen island. I noticed Y/N start some music on her phone as the group began to talk and eat.

I really tried to stay on top of the conversation– really. I loosely drifted in and out of a heated discussion about Spotify vs Apple Music, but all I could focus on was Y/N. Not a surprising fact– I know. However, I couldn't help from watching her. She and Adrien were deep in a conversation about who knows what, and I found myself once again entranced by her. I watched as she knit her eyebrows as she listened to Adrien speak and broke into an amused smile when he failed to illustrate the point. When the conversation seemed to come to a lull, I saw the way she sang along to the music under her breath, faintly dancing along. On top of her just being...her, I did not overlook how casually stunning she was. She wasn't wearing anything special, just a tank top and pajama pants. But she looked like a painting somehow. I allowed myself just a second to take in her full beauty– every inch of it– before I forced myself to turn away. I felt wrong looking at her like that– like my gaze would be unwanted.

"Listen up, everyone!" Alya caught our attention. "Truth or dare time. Everyone to the living room!" We all shuffled onto the living room floor, sitting in a circle. One by one, we began to dole out truths and dares. After some time, Juleka had barked on the balcony, Ivan called Mylene using a yoda voice, I attempted (and failed) a simple backbend, and Rose posted a video of her yodeling to her instagram. Alya broke out her stash of alcohol and passed a beer around to everyone.

"Who was your first kiss?" Adrien asked Rose. I knew this answer. Juleka murmured in embarrassment to my right as she took a sip from her cup.

"Jules." Rose answered confidently, as Juleka recoiled a little.

"Adrien, that was a dumb question. We all knew that." Alya scolded him jokingly. "My turn." She sat in deep thought for a second, before smiling devilishly. "Y/N. Truth or dare?"

"Dare." Y/N shot Alya a warning look, clearly nervous.

"I dare you to sit on Adrien's lap for the next five rounds." Alya crossed her arms as the group laughed. Y/N looked defeated as she crawled over to a flustered Adrien and sat in his lap. I noticed her mouth an apology to him as everyone continued to laugh and take pictures. Everyone except me. I did not quite find the dare funny. It was silly. I felt silly. But nonetheless, I was perhaps a tad jealous. Maybe.
