(Y/N's POV)

I had just gotten to the venue, running a little late from work. Kitty section was due to come on any second, and I was rushing inside. I made it to Alya, Marinette, Isaac, and Nino in the audience just as the stage went dark in preparation for Kitty Section's performance. The crowd cheered in anticipation, and I thanked nobody in particular that I had been able to make it just in time.

(Stupid for You): Suddenly, a lone yellow spotlight flicked on as the guitar struck. Illuminated eerily in the light, Luka began to sing.

Hey

Tell me what you want me to say

You know I'm stupid for you

Hey

Can you come and come out and play

You know I'm stupid for you

Just then, the rest of the instruments joined in as the stage began to grow brighter, revealing the rest of the band. The chorus hit again and the lights flashed with the drums. The crowd went absolutely wild.

The lights were blinding and beautiful as the band approached the bridge.

You're playing ring around my head

I'll wear you like a halo

You're a symphony

I'm just a sour note

I'll take what I can get

The best is hard to grip when everybody want you

And everybody wants you

The lights dimmed and Luka took the mic off the stand, repeating the bridge. He looked completely in his element, glitter covering his cheeks, a smile spread across his face. He jumped up as the chorus began again for one last time, spinning and running up to Juleka in an energetic frenzy. He gave her the spotlight for a second before running back upstage to reach into the audience at the barricade, touching hands and throwing smiles around the room.

The song finally ended in a haze of confetti, and the room went black with a deafening cheer.

(Up): After upbeat song after upbeat song, the lights went down, settling at a nice yellowy glow. Adrien, Juleka, Rose, and Ivan left the stage. Only Luka was left on stage, sitting on a small chair with an acoustic guitar and a mic placed in front of him.

"Hey guys!" He waved to the crowd in the same manner he would wave to a group of three people listening to him play in his living room. "How are we all doing tonight?" Cheers erupted. "Good, good. Please make sure it stays that way, okay? Check on your friends, check on your neighbors. Let's keep this a safe space for everyone alright?" More cheers. "Perfect. So, we've had a lot of fun so far I would say. But I want to take it down a bit for a minute here and have a more quiet, calm moment." Deafening roars from the crowd. Luka laughed quietly. "This one's called Up."

He began to play softly.

It's two o'clock on the edge of the morning

She's running magical circles around my head

I hitch a ride on a dream she's driving

She turns to kiss me, I crash back into bed

Across the street on a grayed out Monday

I see the girl with the eyes I can't describe

And suddenly it's a perfect Sunday

And everything is more real than life.
