The rest of the night is a blur, all I know is that I end up in bed because I find myself there in the morning. I'm welcomed with a pounding headache as soon as I wake up, maybe I got a bit ahead of myself last night. I grip my head as I sit up while my other hand grabs the glass of water on my bed side table. My phone buzzes and I put my glass of water down to check it.
Leah Hey, how are you feeling?
Me Not too good, think I had a bit too much last night haha
Leah Yeah... you started singing christmas songs at one point
Me Omg, I don't remember that what😭
Leah Tbf it was very funny haha
Anyways, feel better! The girls were thinking of coming round again for a movie tonight if you'd like to as well

I groan as I get out of bed to make breakfast and get some painkiller for my headache. As I walk out of my room, my mind wanders elsewhere, remembering bits and pieces from the night before. I can't believe I fell asleep on Katie, and what confuses me more is; why was she happy about it? She's just trying to get on my nerves. She hates me just as much as I hate her. Right? The thought of it makes me clench my jaw. She always knows how to get under my skin, makes me act in ways that I don't with anyone else. I don't care though, after everything that's happened.
I open my fridge to make breakfast, grabbing an avocado and tomato to make some avocado toast. My eyes keep drooping as I struggle to maintain concentration on making my breakfast, but I immediately get a jump when Kiko comes up to me, hopping on my knee. Just the wakeup I need.
"Hi boy! Are you hungry!" I ruffle his fur as he pants in response. After he finishes his food, Kiko comes and sits beside me while I eat my breakfast, still feeling groggy from the night before. He looks so cute on the couch, I pull up Instagram and post a photo of him.

I relax for most of the day, other than going for a quick run and grabbing some coffee. Because I'm feeling quite a bit better, I opt to go to Leah's tonight. I'm also the kind of person who gets fomo, so I would've been annoyed if I missed out.
