Backstory of what the book is about:
Grian is a freshman in collage while scar is just a year I front of him, they hadn't known each other at all until their classes were put together, Scar and Grian began to hang out as well as Grians friends, Soon enough Grian developed a crush for his dear friend Scar but didn't say anything because he didn't wanna ruin the friendship he had built basically.
One day he gives in and tells him how he feels, overwhelmed with what Scar was gone say Grian left before scar could get a word out.
In the dorms scar stopped by and told Grian he had felt the same Grian had hurt himself.
