As the train keeps moving on, the helicopter eventually gets there, with the door open of a certain someone.
"The other helicopter is here with someone attempting to try and get on from the top via rope." The reporter says in.
Now before we ask questions, there's always a reserve for such situations like this, once an emergency is declared, the reserve is now active.
And back into what's happening, the situation gets risky, only that, maybe worse.
The helicopter catches up, the person starts to stretch down.
Sure, it can't be easy without the wind blowing through, only making it difficult.
*An SHP77 locomotive passes beside, honking its horn*
"God they don't pay me enough for this shit.." Said the person going down.
Slowly, he would reach one of the oil tank cars, but not long before an overhead signal is oncoming.
"FUCK!- PILOT PULL UP!"
And like that, the pilot pulls up, yanking the person up into the air, avoiding a fatality.
"OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT-"
Considering his situation, he would be pulled back up to destabilize and then stabilize again.
The crew in the helicopter were in disbelief, knowing that they have been moved suddenly from the pilot pulling up, making most of them almost fall out of the helicopter.
"The person has tried to go down into the train, but the overhead signal almost killed him, forcing him to go back up, will he be able to try again?" The news reporter says.
Eventually, the person gets back into the helicopter, checking his gear, and tries to go back down, only for one of the crew to ask.
"Dude are you sure you wanna go back down? You don't get paid enough for this!"
"Look, I know I don't get paid enough, but I, myself, want to get that recognition."
Then he proceeds to go back down, remaking the progress again.
And of course the wind strikes again.
Back into the VRD chase, one of the soldiers would fondly ask another.
"You think it's a good time to just bail out and pray that the guy managed to stop it?"
"We gotta keep chasing, no matter what."
"Dude come on! The route is like what? Few towns and that's it?"
"We have a city more up, until there's the split."
"What split?"
"The split to either head straight to the new facility or to an refinery."
"And does Vector Research have a policy that says I don't give 2 shits?"
"Dude that's not the point, and besides, there is a policy that we HAVE to chase."
"And where does it say that?"
Then the third one joins in.
"How the fuck do you not know? Did you or did you not read it?"
"I did not read it as I'm lazy-"
"YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO FUCKING READ THAT! How in the hell do they even accept your lazy ass!?"
"Uh.. uhh.."
"Yeah that's right, dumbass."
Back into the helicopter, the dude is halfway, only to pause to analyze and wait for another overhead signal to pass.
"It looks like the person is trying again, only that he's halfway through, he stopped so that he can wait for another overhead signal to pass." The news reporter says in.
Eventually, the overhead signal passes, and the person starts going down again.
"Please pray to god I stop this train.."
After careful time, the person stepped down for the first time, feeling the speed effect.
"Woah woah woah- shit-"
The person does lose grip and slip, but gets back up and proceeds to try to get into the braking valve.
Careful stepping, a more loosened rope, he was on to try and stop the train onto his own hands.
He reached the space with the only connecting point, being the couplers, where the braking valves are.
He goes down the ladder, then he reaches the first valve, turning it, and now..
*The oil tanker car's wheels start to brake, causing the spark effect and screeching*
"The person has reached the point to use the cars to brake after sone difficultly." The news reporter says in.
Then he turns and uses the other valves.
*The wheels brake and spark effect happens*
Then the person goes back up from the ladder, walking to another valve.
Meanwhile..
*A track end starts to bend, then bending more until it snaps, breaking the connection and goes slightly up*
Normally such tracks are able to be sticked into their place, but in this case, not so much..
Back into the train, the person reaches the valve points, one by one, turning them.
The screeching is heard, the sparks are lightened up, he gets up again and keeps proceeding forward.
However, not long before the train reaches the faulty point.
Then in a twist of fate, the locomotive ride through the faulty point, shaking the train.
The person tries to keep stabilization of the train, quickly reaching the valves and holding onto it, but then.
*One of the cars gets rumbled from the faulty point, causing the person to slip and hit their head into rebar, causing them to spin the valve, loose consciousness and their grip along with falling, almost touching the ground*
One of the VRD vehicles saw the shenanigans, and quickly radioed in to the helicopter.
"Pull up the rope, I say again, pull up the rope, the person has been knocked out and is dangling near the ground dangerously!"
Without hesitation, the crew quickly get the person back up, body motionless, slight blood loss seen, even with a slight protected helmet.
"The person has been knocked out, dangerously close to fatality, and seemingly having some blood loss." The news reporter says in.
The person does eventually get back into the helicopter, however, when the crew quickly examined, they declared him unconscious.
"We got reports that the person is unconscious, I repeat, unconscious." The news reporter reports in.
"Damnit, guess no progress was made from him." One of the soldiers say while chasing.
But in undefined words..
*The speed indicator on the leading locomotive show from 80 to 79.4 MPH*
It may not seem much, but at least some progress was made.
But if he's unconscious from something unexpected, does that imply more danger is in the tracks?
