In 2018, Fazbear Entertainment creates a Virtual Reality game of Five Nights At Freddy's known as "Help Wanted" with circuit boards of the animatronics, one of them being Springtrap housing the soul or memories and containing remnant of William Afton.

William Afton finds a way to escape his personal hell (technically).

In the Help Wanted game, William Afton tries to recruit and manipulate someone into resurrecting him by becoming a virus known as GlitchTrap.

Unfortunately, he's unable to manipulate men especially when he ends up torturing them.

Matt: Impregnation (LOL!), cutting himself open and dying from blood loss

Mikhail Schmidt: Hallucinating that he's turning into Springtrap and stabs himself

But thankfully GlitchTrap doesn't have any problems with an unknown woman known as "Tape Girl" but he doesn't succeed in manipulating her, instead alerting his presence to her.

A new VR tester Vanessa goes into the Help Wanted game and discovers GlitchTrap and Tape Girl trying to warn her about the virus but Tape Girl is later presumably killed.

But it was too late as Vanessa is tricked by GlitchTrap into following him and locking her in a virtual prison (also seen in Princess Quest with Cassidy reborn as the princess and trapped by GlitchTrap).

William Afton/GlitchTrap manages to manipulate Vanessa into resurrecting him.

The Mimic1 endoskeleton is moved to the Pizzaplex that is gonna be built, it is also taken to a warehouse combined with the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place being built under the Pizzaplex, and the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place was gonna be built as a museum.

Mimic ends up killing construction workers and it is sealed in a room via concrete where it will never escape.

Before Security Breach: Glamrock Bonnie is attacked by a prototype of Glamrock Freddy in Monty Gator's Golf and is decommissioned, hidden in a room behind Bonnie's Bowling Alley (Rumored that Monty killed Bonnie or framed).

Glamrock Freddy is getting ready for Little Jimmy's birthday and Roxanne Wolf is getting ready for her performance.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - We paid for the Glam Freddy Mega Deluxe Party Package and Freddy broke down as soon as he got on stage. We paid to have him at the table and sing happy birthday. He was supposed to give her the cake! My daughter's birthday has been ruined. I demand a refund.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - You should fire Dave. He sucks.

ERRANT BEHAVIOR REPORT - Chica's personality chip has always been a bit 'quirky', but the new Pizza Flavored Monty Mystery Mix Slushy Syrup has adverse effects on her programming. She has attacked patrons, employees and S.T.A.F.F. for it. It is recommended that Monty Mystery Mix should be recalled before we're inundated with lawsuits.

ERRANT BEHAVIOR REPORT - Monty didn't show up for the main stage performance again. We found him in the same place we always do, the catwalks over Monty Golf. We can't have a repeat of last month. Someone hit the hole in one and the hurricane bucket knocked him down. Both legs were broken and required emergency parts and service work.

ERRANT BEHAVIOR REPORT - Roxy never misses a race. She must be frying her circuits waiting for the raceway to reopen. Every time there is a test run on the track she gets in the way. If she keeps getting in the way, the track will never get fixed.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - The pizza we ordered was weird. Some pieces were different sizes or didn't fit together. One slice even had different toppings. Did you recycle the old pizza from the trash? I am never coming back here unless I am given some sort of major discount. - Angry Mom
