I just watched Game Theory's new Fnaf video and it wasn't good...

Tom (The person taking over Game Theory) says this "It may not solve everything but it gives us much more straightforward stories and explanations, something tangible that we can hold onto and that feels a lot better than the alternative of being left scrambling for details that conflict with each other."

He's referring to people who think that the fnaf books (Fazbear Frights and Tales From The Pizzaplex) are Canon to the games

Straightforward stories...really?! 😒

The Fazbear Frights and Tales From The Pizzaplex have stories that don't feel like the games at all to me...

Especially Fazbear Frights, since the animatronics from the games barely show up in any story or not at all

Plus the main characters in the stories are just not good characters, some of them are insecure, dealing with self-esteem, having depression, problems with their parents or friends, anger issues and stuff like that

Even though it's normal for people to have those problems

Notrealnamenotatall says that the Fnaf books are just Goosebump knockoffs and I don't blame her

Some of the books are really dumb including GGY (Mostly because the plot of the story doesn't exist or makes sense in the games)

Plus the arcade cabinets are just references to certain Fnaf media including the books and fan games

But I do like some stories especially from the comic dubs

1. To Be Beautiful

2. Room For One More

3. The New Kid

4. Count The Ways

5. Dittophobia

6. In The Flesh

7. Coming Home

8. Step Closer

The books aren't Canon but there are parallels to the games

Dittophobia confirms the Fnaf 4 bedroom

Step Closer is a parallel to Michael Afton/FoxyBro and The Crying Child/Dave (Especially since Pete is 16 years old)

Bunny Call is a parallel to the Afton Family

I used A.I. to tell me if the Fnaf books are Canon to the games by having it being a simple yes or no question

And they said "No" which is hilarious

If they were Canon in the games, they would probably be fictional books in the games timeline

Update: I still don't believe the books (Fazbear Frights and Tales From The Pizzaplex) are Canon in the games

The only books that are Canon to the games are the interactive novels

That's all!

Update: The Fazbear Frights books and Tales From The Pizzaplex are indeed not Canon to the games

Thank God for that
