Chapter 6 Family Reunion

After faking his own death Jackson lays in his bed waiting for whoever is going to come get him for him to start his training. As it hits 10:30pm there is a knock on his door so he gets up to answer it and he finds his mom, dad, Mark and John standing at his door. Veronica looks shocked to see her son still alive and standing in front of her. Mark and John rush forward to hug their friend glad that he is still alive. Jackson blinks in confusion and asks "What is going on why is everyone here?" Jeff is the one to speak up and say "well son your mom got a call from the sheriff's office telling her that you were dead so she called Mark and John's families telling them that you were gone so of course Mark's dad calls me to see if you were actually dead or to see if you had called your mom and realized that a vampire hunter was in the room with her and pretend to be the sheriff to throw them off. I of course told him that you had made it here and that it was time to bring the three of them here for their own safety." Jackson then looks at his mom and asks "What about Jack? He will be out looking for you." Veronica replies "I left him after you called from the vampire sanctuary and I read your note I knew then that you would meet your grandparents so I contacted them and they told me that your father was still alive and had taken over as headmaster of Mountainview Academy because your grandfather retired and that you had came to them to see if they would bring you here. I knew then that I had to reunite with my true love and my son." He smiles and hugs his mom unable to say anything before looking at his dad and says "dad I understand bringing Mark here because he is part vampire but John is not and his dad is a vampire hunter he is in more danger now then he was before I left." Jeff smiles and replies "That is where you are wrong my boy you see John is a werewolf and now that he has befriended a vampire his job is to protect them no matter what and he has to be with them no matter where they go so with that being said I have moved Josh to room 396 and Mark and John will be in this room with you. Your mom and I are getting back together so we will be in the headmaster's quarters. Jackson smiles happily before moving out of the way to let Mark and John into their room before saying goodbye to his parents closing the door.  The 3 boys look around the room before looking at each other laughing feeling like they are back in summer camp together like there were for the last 2 summers and that is just perfectly normal for them. Jackson heads to lay on his bed while his friends unpack their things and rearrange their bed, desk, chair and dresser to their liking. Once done the 3 boys sit in the middle of the room while John and Mark try to get Jackson caught up on what happened after he left. John tells him that after he left his dad left to go looking for him and that their principal kept a very close on him in case Jackson decided to contact him. Mark adds in that Jack and his mom where constantly fighting because Veronica did not want him to kill her son which causes Jack to call Veronica a traitor so she left him and from there their soccer coach Arthur kept a very close on him and Veronica thinking that Jackson would contact one of them. Jackson sighs and replies "I never meant to put anyone in danger but the truth had to come out before I left and now that the three of you are safe again I will get my revenge on Jack, Arthur and Matt for ripping my family apart. I also have decided that no other families will be ripped apart by vampire hunters." John decides that even though his father is vampire hunter he will take Jackson side even tells Jackson that Matt is his father and that he is sorry for what his father did. Jackson forgives John knowing that it is not his fault that his family was torn apart and he can't help what his father has become. The both spend the next few hours finding out what happened to Jackson after he left town. Next thing they know is that someone is knocking on their door. Before going to answer the door Jackson looks at the time and realizes that it is already midnight. He sighs before looking at his friends and says "it is time for me to training to be the best vampire I can be, take my revenge on those who tore my family apart and make sure no other families are torn apart the way mine was." The boys nod and tell Jackson that they will be right there with him every step of the way to support him, protect him and that they will alway have his back no matter what happens. Jackson answers the door to find a tall blonde boy at the door. The looks at Jackson and says "Jackson Parkerson please come with me it is time for you to start your training and the first part of training you must do alone so your friends need to stay here." Jackson nods and steps out of his room and closes the door behind him before following the boy to where he will be training wondering what training he will have to do and how he will get revenge on those who hurt those he cares about the most and how he will protect all the other vampires.
