We find Aoi and you walking around. Your girlfriend holds your hand gently to try to keep you calm after you freaked out.
Aoi: You want to check out some shops?
Y/N: Um... I'm not sure...
Despite calming down, you are still nervous and shaky.
Aoi nods gently in understanding and the two of you eventually reach the park where you had your first actual date.
Aoi: Remember when we had our date here?
Y/N: Yeah... It's nice when villains aren't causing trouble.
You're afraid you might've jinxed yourself but surprisingly, nothing bad happens. The two of you sit on a bench and Aoi lets you rest your head on her.
Y/N: Thanks for bringing me out here... I've... Just been...
Aoi: I know. You're afraid.
Y/N: I...
You think about what you were going to say but stop yourself. You don't want to make this all about you.
Y/N: Thanks for being there for me. I'm lucky to have you.
Aoi gives you a playful smile before giving you a kiss.
Aoi: Guess I'm a lucky charm huh?
This makes you laugh a bit but you hear a little girl cry out.
Girl: My balloon!
You notice a balloon floating away and look at Aoi.
Y/N: I'll get that.
You get up and run, jumping into the air and catching the balloon by its string. You land as a little girl runs up.
Girl: Thank you, Mister.
You hold the balloon out to her.
Y/N: No problem. Just keep a good grip on it from now on, okay?
The girl grabs the string and an image of the skeleton in your dream flashes through your head again. You fall back and notice people starting to stare at you but in your eyes, they're all skeletons. You scramble away as you start hyperventilating.
Aoi: Y/N!?
She runs over and holds you. You try to calm down and your vision returns to normal.
Y/N: S-Sorry...
Aoi leads you out of the park. You're still shaking but Aoi gives you comfort.
Y/N: I... I'm not getting any better...
Aoi: It's only been a day. You don't get over stuff like this overnight.
Y/N: But... If I'm too scared to even transform, can I even call myself a hero, let alone a Kamen Rider?
Aoi: Those powers aren't what makes you a hero. Your actions are.
Y/N: It's just... It's hard to trust myself... I'm afraid I'll lose control again... The only thing that stopped me at the raid was Eri's Quirk activating, which she doesn't even have control over yet. If it didn't activate...
Aoi shuts you up with a kiss.
Aoi: Y/N... You can't pretend you're going to be always perfect when it comes to being Kuuga. No one's perfect. It's just unrealistic to think that.
Y/N: But... I'm scared...
Aoi: It's okay to be scared...
She rests her forehead on yours.
