Firing It Up A Notch Part 2

The end of our story begins where we last left off.  With Firefly being revealed to be Cash.  "Hello, Fei."  Cash said.  "You!  Your Firefly?!"  Ladydragon asked shocked.  "Yeah, of course it's me."  Cash replied.  "But... how?!  I saw your throat get slit open!  You died in front of me!"  Ladydragon yelled.  "That is correct, but I got extremely lucky that day.  [flashback.  Ladybug's Miraculous Ladybugs fix all the damage in Shanghai.  Including reviving Cash].  Somehow, I came back to life.  I had no idea how, but I returned.  Sadly, my freedom was restricted.  [gets bashed over the head by Essence.  Essence uses fake blood to make it look like Cash is still dead.   After Ladydragon declares herself the holder, she and Ladybug throw Cash's body into the dumpster.  Hoping it would not be found].  When I woke up, I wasn't in a dump.  I was with someone who offered me a deal I could not refuse.  "[places Firefly gear on the table].  Listen Cash, I know our first encounter wasn't a jackpot, but hear me out.  Your little Fei has something I need, and fortunately, you have the right skills for the job."  Essence said.  "And why would I work with you after you killed me?"  Cash asked tied up.  "Isn't it obvious?  [opens briefcase full of cash].  You get me the jewels, you get the payment of a lifetime.  One to put you into retirement even at your age of thirty-two."  Essence replied.  How could I say no to that?  [Cash laughs, as they both shackle on it].  With that, I went from a pawn shop owner to your biggest fear, Firefly.  [end flashback].  And now, I can finally get my vengeance on you, and get paid!"  Cash replied.  "So you did all of this because you want me dead for killing you?"  Ladydragon asked.  "Yes!  I may have enough for retirement, but that doesn't change the fact my life is ruined!  I can't go meet other people!  I can't even get a girlfriend!  I am forever bound to suffer because of you!  But, at least I can enjoy the rest of my life knowing you will never be happy AGAIN!!!"  Cash yelled.  Soon, he turns his blasters not Hank, and then he sets Hank on fire.  As Ladydragon screams, Hank is reduced to a burnt crisp.  One that makes Cash laugh.  "Shame!  You two were going to get along better."  Cash said cold heartily.  This fuels Ladydragon with so much rage, that she screams out powerful in front of Cash.  "XIONG!!!"  Ladydragon yelled as she turned into a bear.  She charges and pounces Cash.  However, he activates his jet pack and takes her up into the air.  Soon, they are both flying sky-high.  "Have a nice... fall!"  Cash yelled as he dropped her.  "Ying!"  Ladydragon yelled as she turned into an eagle.  She soars back at Cash and slashes his eye.  He screams, but powers up his blasters to roast this bird.  She dodges it and soars right back at Cash.  She pecks him hard in the gut.  He bounces back by grabbing her and throwing her away.  He then pulls out his shuriken and chucks it at Ladydragon.  She dodges it, but a flame nearly catches her feather on fire.  She pushes through to avenge her friend.  As she soars back to Cash.  He powers up his blasters again.  He shoots fire that makes Ladydragon fly upward.  It gives Cash enough time to fly up, and Rocket kicks her in the face.  She falls behind, as Cash flies right into her.  His forces fall to the earth's meteorite style.  Soon, she cannonballs right into the ocean.  Cash flies above the water watching her sink.  He soon begins to laugh as Ladydragon slowly floats to the bottom.  She opens her eyes and sees Cash reign supreme.  She turns to her left, and she sees, or hallucinates, the ghost of Hank.  Either way, the sight of her dead friend makes Ladydragon regain her control.  "Sir, I got her.  It's over."  Cash said.  "Well done.  Make sure to get her jewels before leaving her to roast."  Essence replied.  As Cash ends that call, he is soon thrust into the air by a massive dragon.  It throws Cash high into the sky, as Ladydragon comes back in all her glory.  She smacks Cash with her dragon tail, before charging into his gut.  He shoots flames at her, but Ladydragon takes it like a champ.  She forces her way to Cash before she bites off his right arm.  After that, Ladydragon slashes his jet pack and blasters.  The jet pack malfunctions, before Cash flies out of control.  He swirls around before he is sent flying towards the ground.  Right at the lighthouse.  He crashes right into it before he and the lighthouse explode in a massive explosion.  Ladydragon looks at the collapsed rubble with no regret.  She takes some deep breaths to cool down.

Sometime later, Ladydragon stands on a rooftop all by herself.  Expect her friends.  "You going to be ok Hank is gone?"  Tul asked.  "It hurts me so much that I lost another friend.  It burns me to my core to see him go.  But, although he didn't express it much, I know what Hank wants.  He wants me to push on with my life.  He wants me to continue being the hero I am and saving the lives of those in need.  And that is exactly what I'm going to do.  For Hank, and my Father."  Ladydragon replied.  "Just know we got your back if you need it."  Mei Shi said.  "[smiles].  Thanks.  I'll ask for the comfort if I need it."  Ladydragon replied.  In the meantime, she stares at the full moon emerging.  Happy to know the war between Firefly and his ninjas is over.

Or is it?  Suddenly, Cash walks up strapped to a table.  His body was covered in burns, and some of his limbs were broken.  Soon, he sees someone dressed in a surgeon's outfit enter the room.  He walks right up to Cash and is revealed to be, Jack Malcolm.  "Who are you?"  Cash asked.  "The guy whose deed you failed to complete,"  Jack replied.  "[realizes].  Hang on.  You're Essence?  Some kid the same age as Fei's?"  Cash asked.  "Name's Jack.  Jack Malcolm.  What?  Did you think Derek Malcolm was me?  The man who died on the news."  Jack asked.  "You told me you were still Derek."  Cash replied.  "Oh, I did.  Well, I lied.  What can I say?  I know how to keep my identity secret.  [pulls out buzzsaw].  Now, you failed me Cash.  And I'm a man who isn't quite fond of failures.  Now, I could let you redeem yourself, or learn from this, but you are in too bad of a condition to even try that.  Luckily for you, you hit the jackpot."  Jack said as he turned on the saw.  "Uhhh, what are you doing?"  Cash asked now scared.  "I could tell you, but you know what they say.  It's better to show than tell."  Jack said menacingly.  Soon, it cuts outside the door where Jack and Cash are, as Cash screams for his life.  Bloody, bone-breaking sound effects come from inside the room.
